  A sweet story that was bogged down by a tunnel visioned commitment premeditated themes the film failed to naturally arrive at.

  Repeatedly the film would rush an ineffective sequence/montage to force a “teaching moment” that wasn’t truly earned despite what the score may lead you to believe.
