Ingredients:- - 1 cup Jowar Atta (Sorghum flour) - 1/2 cup wheat flour  - 1/4 cup fresh palak (spinach) leaves, finely chopped - 1/4 cup chopped beans - 1/4 cup chopped capsicum - 1/4 teaspoon hing (asafoetida) - 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder  - Salt to taste - Ghee - 1 cup Water for kneading Mix all the ingredients well. Add water gradually and knead to form a soft dough. Roll out the dough ball into a flat circle and make the roti.
