CIPP Model

This study created a model of instructional competence (IC), with leadership practices (LP) as predictors, of faculty designated with administrative functions of the university. It was conducted in a recognized state university in the Philippines. It has the characteristics, status, and mandates of a typical university in the country. There were 65 out of 97 (64%) faculty-respondents selected through purposive sampling with at least one-year experience of handling administrative functions. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, partial component analysis, and regression analysis. Bu tür, Marx’ın Kapital'de detaylandırdığı sermaye formlarının ötesine geçen, geç kapitalizme özgü yeni birikim biçimini ve banka ile sanayi sermayesinin bileşimini içeren bir formu, yani finans kapitali gerektirmektedir. Bu sermaye birikim rejimindeki dönüşümle birlikte kapitalizm, giderek finansal alan üzerinden varlığını sürdürmeye başlamıştır.

Bu makalede, finansal küreselleşmenin ve bunun Türkiye ekonomisi üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle finans kapitalin teorik temelleri oluşturulacak, ardından finansal entegrasyon politikaları ve araçları ele alınacaktır. IMF’nin bu süreçteki rolüne odaklanılacak ve son olarak Türkiye ekonomisinin IMF ile iş birliği çerçevesinde geçirdiği yapısal dönüşüm irdelenecektir.

In this study, based on YÖK Atlas data, the reasons for students choosing the Geography Program at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, influenced by various variables, are investigated. The data in the study were categorized and analyzed according to the main problem statement and sub-problems. During the analysis, the document analysis method was employed, and the acquired data was digitized in the Excel program. These data were then classified according to the objectives, and based on this classification, they were mapped using the ArcGIS 10.5 program. Through these maps, the data were visualized and made meaningful. With this research, information has been provided about the general status of students preferring the Geography Program at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, accompanied by findings and results. According to the obtained data, it was determined that a large majority of students choosing Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University are from Tokat province. Looking at the overall gender distribution, it was observed that the ratio of male students was higher. Over the years, a decline in the ranking of success and base scores of students placed in the program was observed. When examining the types of high schools from which they graduated, it was seen that Anatolian high schools dominated, and as the years progressed, the rate of being the first preference increased among students. In their career choices, Geography Teaching ranked first, while the Turkish Language and Literature program was their second preference. In light of the research results, it is recommended to increase the recognition of the Geography Program at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University and to investigate the reasons for the decrease in base scores and success rankings.

Evaluasi program model CIPP merupakan jenis evaluasi manajemen program yang menggunakan metode evaluasi yang orientasinya pada manajemen (management-oriented evaluation approach). Tujuan pengembangan model ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi sistematis kepada para pembuat keputusan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori library research atau kajian pustaka yaitu kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dan data dengan bantuan berbagai bahan pustaka seperti buku, artikel, catatan, dan berbagai jurnal yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang akan diteliti.. Adapun hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model CIPP adalah model evaluasi yang lebih menyeluruh karena menggabungkan penilaian formatif dan sumatif dengan mengutamakan bimbingan dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan, sesuai dengan fokus pengembangannya. Model CIPP mengevaluasi keseluruhan siklus program, mulai dari perencanaan dan desain hingga implementasi dan evaluasi. Model ini mempertimbangkan konteks program, masukan, proses, dan produk, yang memberikan evaluasi komprehensif terhadap efektivitas program. Model CIPP memberikan pendekatan terstruktur terhadap evaluasi, yang memastikan bahwa seluruh aspek program dipertimbangkan secara sistematis.

Purpose: Marketing is a method that focuses on promoting companies' products and services. One of the main elements of promotion is the product or brand slogan. This study aimed to provide a bibliometric analysis of scientific documents on brand slogan research in event tourism.
Methodology: This study used social network analysis to investigate co-authorship, co-occurrence of words, and cooperation coefficient. The research population consisted of studies of journals indexed in the Web Science database from 2006 to 2022, and 29 articles about brand slogans in tourism were selected as samples and analyzed using VOSviewer software.
Findings: The results showed that research on brand slogans in tourism reached the highest level in 2017, and the United States did the most research in this area. The most frequently repeated words between 2014 and 2016 included destination brand, destination image, slogan, and marketing communications, and after 2016, the words "destination slogan" and "location identity" were repeated. Tourism slogans, logos, slogans, and products were the most frequent in 2020. Most citations were related to Lee's (2006) article. The differences between keywords before and after 2020 indicate the importance of slogan design and appropriate slogans for tourism brand marketing.
Originality: It is suggested that tourism managers use the related slogan of their tourism brand to promote and market it. Also, the results of this research will help researchers to consider current issues in the field of event tourism in future studies and to identify authentic publications in the field of brand and tourism and use authentic articles to write their articles.

CIPP evaluation model is a process of evaluating the success of a program/activity. This model of evaluation collects systematically all information about a program in order to identify the strengths and limitations, which eventually be used in improving the program effectiveness, and planning for the future.

The study was aimed at evaluating the management of non-formal education institution in Maluku Province. Mixed methods were applied to conduct the study with the population included all 24 accredited non-formal education institutions in Maluku Province in 2017-2018. The non-formal institutions namely Central Maluku Regency 2 Learning Centre Community Activities (PKBM), Southeast Maluku Regency 2 Course and Training Institute (LKP), and 1 PKBM, Buru Regency 2 LKP, and 1 PKBM, Tanimbar Islands Regency 6 PKBM and Ambon City 3 LKP, 6 PKBM and 1 Learning Activity Center. The sample of this study was 24 non-formal education institutions (population sample) with census techniques, and two educators and two learning residents were also involved be interviewed. In collecting the data, several instruments were implemented such as non-test techniques in the form of assessment rubrics, observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In analyzing the data, the context, input, process and product (CIPP) was used as the bases theory and it was analyzed through quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis ways. The results of this study reported that non-formal education institutions in Maluku Province did not optimally in applying the principles of good governance in the institution management and it was categorized in low level based on the CIPP model of evaluation.

In the context of today's intensely competitive environments, the ability of organizations to meet and exceed the expectations of their key stakeholders has become increasingly crucial for their survival, as well as for boosting their overall competitiveness and productivity. This dynamic forms the crux of a significant issue in the realm of effective interaction between organizations and their external environment, widely recognized as "corporate social responsibility" (CSR). The critical importance of CSR in the competitive landscape of today's markets has led to a proliferation of scholarly studies from varied perspectives, each with distinct objectives. In pursuit of gaining a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the CSR practices adopted by organizations, this research has undertaken a detailed review and classification of the strategies that banks have implemented in alignment with their responsibilities towards external stakeholders.

In the case of long-used sewers requiring trenchless renewal, it is important to select the appropriate class of renewal
liners, i.e. determine whether they should be structural, partially structural or non-structural. The most frequently used
methods in Poland for calculating the loads from the weight of the soil acting on sewers with a rigid structure were
presented. A 5-step procedure was proposed to select the appropriate class of renewal liners. A specific calculation
example regarding corroded concrete sewers is also included, showing how important it is to select the appropriate
method of combining the loads acting on the pipes and, therefore, indicating its significance on the influence of the
pipes’ ground surroundings on the amount of stresses occurring in them. The discussion of the results made it possible
to formulate recommendations regarding the selection of an appropriate group of renewal liners for sewers requiring
trenchless renowal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konteks, masukan, proses dan produk program mengaji bagi peserta didik di SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Tello Baru Makassar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif model studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, tutor program mengaji atau staf pengajar di SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Tello Baru Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: (1) Dilihat dari penilaian konteks, tujuan program mengaji sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Tello Baru Makassar. (2) Dilihat dari evaluasi masukan, kompetensi pengawas sesuai dengan bidangnya, sarana dan prasarana pendukung program telah tersedia. (3) Dalam hal evaluasi proses, pengelola dan pelaksana program sudah dapat menjalankan program sesuai perencanaan dan menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya, kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah metode yang digunakan perlu dianalisis kembali agar untuk menemukan metode yang paling tepat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan semua peserta didik. (4) Dari segi evaluasi produk, hasil program mengaji di SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Tello Baru Makassar belum dirasakan secara merata oleh peserta didik sehingga perlu meninjau berbagai hal (metode, waktu, fasilitas dan lain sebagainya) yang dialami peserta didik. selama program.

In 1995, the Civil Service Commission launched "The Great Filipino Workout" program through the issuance of CSC Memorandum Circular No. 6 and it was subsequently reiterated by CSC MC no. 8, series of 2011. It was a physical fitness project in support of the National Fitness and Sports Development Program of the government which aimed at reducing the public's risk of acquiring heart disease. It directed all government agencies to allow reasonable time for regular physical fitness exercises and to include physical fitness exercises in seminars, training programs, and similar events. The study assessed the status of the Great Filipino Workout of government agencies in Tacloban City. Specifically, it aimed to find out the profile of the respondents; the status of "The Great Filipino Workout" program; the extent of the implementation of the program; the level of participation; the level of satisfaction; the preferred physical fitness activities; and suggestions for an improved physical fitness activity. The descriptive design, particularly, the correlational survey method was used with a combination of a researcher-made questionnaire and an adopted questionnaire in the data-gathering process. The data were analyzed using frequencies and percentages, weighted means, t-test and single analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Pearson r for the correlations. A total of 213 government employees in 23 selected government agencies in Tacloban City representing ten percent (10%) of the total population were the respondents of the study. Most agencies did not allocate adequate time for physical fitness activities and had not organized physical fitness activities. Although few agencies had organized physical fitness activities, there was a low level of participation among employees as the participation was voluntary. The level of satisfaction of the respondents with the implementation of "The Great Filipino Workout" translates to a satisfactory level. Most respondents strongly preferred flexibility-enhancing activities, while the preferred activities vii proposed are aerobic exercises, muscle-strengthening activities, and individual or dual sports. It is recommended to design a program of physical fitness activities for government agencies with special consideration to time allocation; designation of an officer-in-charge; budget allotment; suitability of physical fitness activities to the health conditions of employees; variation of selected physical fitness activities; proper information dissemination of CSC MC no. 8, series of 2011.

Kajian ini ditulis untuk memberikan gambaran teoritis pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Keaksaraan fungsional adalah cara untuk mengembangkan kemampuan seseorang dalam menguasai pengetahuan dasar dan keterampilan yang diperlukan oleh setiap manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta memanfaatkan potensi lingkungan sekitar. Selama ini, pendidikan keaksaraan identik hanya memberikan pelajaran membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Padahal pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional diarahkan dan dikembangkan untuk merangsang warga belajar dalam berpikir, khususnya berpikir kreatif. Kemampuan berpikir ini akan membantu warga belajar dalam memanfaatkan aksara yang sesuai dengan peran sosial yang dimilikinya. Dengan demikian, pendidikan keaksaraan akan berdampak luas pada masyarakat, baik di bidang sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya.

This article discusses seven relevant evaluation models that can be used by evaluators in online education and training programs. Program evaluation is a systematic activity aimed at collecting information, analyzing it, and providing assessments based on predetermined criteria to assist in decision-making. Program evaluation involves three important elements: systematic activities based on established criteria or standards, and a decision-making process. The results of this research indicate that program evaluation provides significant benefits in providing the data and information needed by decision-makers to determine program continuity. Program evaluation also provides specific data and information on each aspect or component evaluated, so it can be used as a reference for program improvement if needed. To conduct program evaluation objectively, evaluative research is needed that includes both classroom education and online learning. Researchers should refer to a model that functions to guide and provide steps for conducting evaluation effectively.

Dalam artikel ini membahas tujuh model evaluasi yang relevan untuk digunakan oleh evaluator dalam program Pendidikan dan pelatihan online. Evaluasi program merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara sistematis dengan tujuan mengumpulkan informasi, menganalisis, dan memberikan penilaian berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Bahasa Inggris untuk Tujuan Khusus (BIK) adalah pengajaran bahasa Inggris yang secara khusus bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik dalam suatu program pembelajaran bahasa Inggris agar dapat berkomunikasi dalam konteks tertentu. Studi kualitatif ini berupaya untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian "Sejauhmana program Bahasa Inggris untuk tujuan Khusus bagi Sekretaris dan Tenaga Administrasi tersebut telah berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan perkembangan kemampuan bahasa Inggris dan kebutuhan belajar bahasa Inggris peserta didik?" dengan memanfaatkan komponen CIPP dalam pendekatan model evaluasi yang digagas oleh Stufflebeam. Komponen CIPP digunakan sebagai panduan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian program ESP melalui kriteria berbasis teori yang diturunkan dari pemahaman peneliti tentang program pembelajaran bahasa (Kiely dan Rea-Dickins, 2005). Pengumpulan data dilakukan terhadap tigapuluh peserta, dua staf pengajar dan satu pengembang program melalui teknik wawancara. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program BIK telah berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan perkembangan keterampilan bahasa dan kebutuhan belajar bahasa Inggris peserta didik. Tantangan terbesar dalam pelaksanaan program BIK adalah mengurangi kecanggungan peserta dalam belajar bahasa Inggris tanpa memasukkan unsur struktur bahasa secara eksplisit. Selain itu, evaluasi ini juga menghasilkan panduan sistematis yang bisa digunakan untuk mengevaluasi program Bahasa Inggris untuk Tujuan Khusus pada penyedia program lain atau dapat juga digunakan pada evaluasi program pengajaran bidang studi lainnya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media animasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi menggambar bentuk bidang siswa SMKN 4 Tangerang Selatan kompetensi keahlian teknik gambar bangunan kelas X setelah menggunakan media animasi pada materi pelajaran menggambar bentuk bidang. Objective The current research endeavors to formulate a native brand image model within the manufacturing and service sectors for materials and supplies essential to dairy product production. Methodology This study adopts a developmental-applied approach and employs a descriptive-exploratory strategy in its research implementation. Regarding data collection methods, the research relied on a combination of library research and field studies, employing semi-structured interviews as the primary tool. Consequently, the data collected falls under the qualitative category. Additionally, the study is characterized as a single cross-sectional research design. Given the non-experimental nature of the research, the extent of researcher intervention in the research process remains minimal. The research's statistical population comprises experts in the Iranian dairy industry who possess specific qualifications, including holding an MSc degree or higher in brand management and marketing, substantial experience, and a strong familiarity with the dairy industry. The researchers carried out sampling with a purposeful judgmental approach and snowball method, up to the theoretical limit of data saturation. They selected 20 people (5 company managers, 9 marketing and sales managers, and 6 senior experts in the marketing department of companies) as a sample of research experts and interviewed them. Permasalahan dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) adalah kurang berjalannya implementasi kebijakan pendidikan kesehatan pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Terbatasnya akses bagi ABK dalam mendapatkan pelayanan pendidikan yang layak dan bermutu berdampak pada kemampuan ABK dalam mengelola kesehatan secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pendidikan kesehatan pada ABK di SLB YPPLB Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen mengenai pendidikan kesehatan pada ABK. Analisis data dengan membuat transkrip wawancara, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Pendidikan kesehatan di SLB YPPLB Padang dilakukan dengan pendekatan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) yang pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan, masih ditemukan kendala dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan kesehatan yaitu guru pendidik yang belum kompeten, kurangnya dukungan atau peran orang tua, terbatasnya dana dan sarana. Saran diharapkan pihak sekolah untuk tetap konsisten dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan kesehatan bagi ABK, baik dilakukan secara terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran maupun berbagai kegiatan pembinaan dan penyuluhan dari lintas sektor. The literature review left the researchers with an unanswered query about whether teachers' years of teaching experience could act as an index for enhancing the quality of teaching learning output. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to propose a quality enhancement model for the status of private Iranian English institutions. An ex post-factorial design was employed for the study. Thus, 250 male and female EFL teachers filled a previously developed English Language Teaching Quality Indices Survey. Wyjaśniono przy tym powody, dla których nie można sugerować a priori sztywności obwodowej ww. powłok. Przedstawiono też wątpliwości związane z ustaleniem wartości parametrów wytrzymałościowych powłok dla oddziaływań długotrwałych. Wskazano na celowość zróżnicowania wartości współczynnika redukcyjnego, odzwierciedlającego wpływ zjawiska pełzania na wartości tych parametrów. W artykule poruszono również kwestię zasadności (dla wybranych przypadków) pogrubiania ciśnieniowych powłok renowacyjnych celem uzyskania efektu typowego dla powłok rekonstrukcyjnych. Słowa kluczowe: bezwykopowa odnowa, powłoki ciśnieniowe, CIPP, WHL The article discusses the basic requirements towards CIPP and WHL resin linings for pressure applications according to American standards ASTM F1216, ASTM 1743 and ASTM 2019 as well as Polish standard PN EN ISO 11298-4. Peculiar attention was paid to the rules regulating the average and minimum thicknesses of the above mentioned linings after complete cure and the minimum cope of their strength calculations depending on the assumed classes. The reasons for not suggesing the ring stiffness of these linings were also explained. Except this, the doubts regarding the procedure of establishing the long term values of their mechanical parameters were presented. The necessity of assuming different values of creep coefficient was poined out too. Finally, the article raises an issue related to reasonable thicknening of CIPP or WHL linings in order to achieve the effects typical to reconstruction instead of renovation process.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of inclusive education programs. The method used is a qualitative analysis that is describing and interpreting data from each component evaluated using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data sources in this study include the principal, principal teacher, special assistant teacher (GPK), school committee, parents of students and special needs students. Data collection is done by interview, observation, document study and documentation. The findings in the context component show that the legal basis for implementing inclusive education is in accordance with the prevailing Education System Law in Indonesia. The objectives of inclusive education are in accordance with the established formula. The findings of the input component show that there are quite a number of ABK inputs in school with a variety of types of disability in accordance with the Inclusive Education Law. However, the SDM component especially GPK and infrastructure still need attention to improve and complete it. The findings of the process component show that the process of student acceptance, teaching and learning activities and student assessment have adjusted to the applicable regulations. But there are still students who are not supposed to go to an inclusive school to study at the school. The findings of the product component indicate that there are achievements achieved by inclusive students and the positive impact of implementing inclusive education. This research provides recommendations for the government and schools implementing inclusive education to continue implementing the program and continue to communicate and collaborate with institutions and several related parties in carrying out inclusive education programs to be more optimal.

Modeli kullanılarak öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda değerlendirmedir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma modellerinden durum çalışması uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenen Gaziantep ve Şırnak"ta görev yapan 8. sınıf İngilizce öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Nitel veriler, CIPP Model temel alınarak hazırlanan yapılandırılmış görüşme formları aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Nitel verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bağlam değerlendirmeye ilişkin sonuçlar; öğretmenler, program amaçlarının dil becerisini geliştirmek ve sınava hazırlık olduğunu ifade etmişlerdir. Programda ise sınava hazırlamak amaç olarak belirtilmemiştir. Girdi değerlendirmeye ilişkin sonuçlar; öğretmenler için özellikle materyallere ilişkin görüşlerinin olumsuz olduğu ve birçok nedenden dolayı programın amaçlarını karşılama noktasında yetersiz olduğu görülmüştür. Süreç değerlendirmeye ilişkin sonuçlar; süreçte program yoğunluğu, sınıf ortamı, ders saatinin yetersizliği, öğrenci seviyesi farklılıkları, derse yönelik önyargı gibi birtakım sorunların yaşandığı görülmüştür. Ürün değerlendirmeye ilişkin sonuçlar; programın amaçlanan hedeflere ulaşma noktasında yetersiz olduğu ancak kelime bilgisine katkı sağladığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre programın teoride revizesinin gerektiği uygulamada ortaya çıkmıştır.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, coğrafya bölümü öğrencilerinin Bölgesel Coğrafya dersi kapsamında hazırladıkları portfolyolara ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2011-2012 öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Coğrafya bölümü 1. sınıfta öğrenim gören 76 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Tarama modeli ve içerik analizinin birlikte uygulandığı bu araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak portfolyo değerlendirme anketi ve uygulamalara ilişkin açık uçlu yarı yapılandırmış soru formu kullanılmıştır. Uygulama sürecinin başında öğrencilere portfolyoların içeriği anlatılmış, örnek portfolyolar gösterilmiş ve içeriğinde neler olması gerektiğine ilişkin bilgiler verilmiştir Çalışmada coğrafya bölümü öğrencileri portfolyo değerlendirme sürecine ilişkin olumlu görüşler taşıdıkları ve portfolyo değerlendirmenin bireysel gelişimlerine katkı sağladıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The present study aimed at examining the relationship between EFL teachers' effective teaching and the language learning motivation of Iranian EFL learners whose English proficiency was upper-intermediate and above. To this end, 150 upper-intermediate and advance EFL students, from some language schools in Mashhad, Iran participated in the study. The participants were firstly asked to fill out a researcher made questionnaire which aimed at checking their opinions on how effective they considered their teachers in teaching (Effective Teaching Questionnaire). Afterwards, the same students were asked to fill out a questionnaire that investigated how much motivated they were for learning English (Language Learning Motivation Questionnaire). These questionnaires were validated by two experts in the field, also their reliability, using Cronbach's Alpha, was estimated to be .87 and .80 respectively. Afterwards the relation between teachers' effectiveness in teaching and the extent to which students were motivated as a result was investigated. For measuring the probable relation, correlation as well as multiple regressions was run for analysis of the obtained data. The results exhibited the existence of a positive relation between the two.

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan pendidikan yang didasari semangat terbuka untuk merangkul semua kalangan dalam pendidikan. Keberhasilan program pendidikan inklusif membutuhkan instrument input yang memadai, salah satunya yaitu peran professional dari guru pembimbing khusus (GPK). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk a) melihat implementasi pendidikan inklusif berjalan yang meliputi penerimaan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi bagi peserta didik; b) mengetahui faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi sekolah inklusif; serta c) mengetahui dampak positif dan dampak negatif dari implementasi sekolah inklusif di SMK Negeri 2 Malang. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kebijakan, dimana studi mendalam dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data langsung dari orang dalam lingkungan alamiahnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pelaksanaan implementasi sudah baik dalam hal penerimaan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi di SMK Negeri 2 Malang, yang diikuti oleh peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus dengan ketunaan autis, tuna grahita, ADHD, slow learner, tuna rungu, serta ketunaan ganda (lebih ketunaannya). Faktor pendukung internal dan eksternal adanya kolaborasi dari berbagai pelaku pendidikan inklusif, pemerintah, orang tua wali murid, masyarakat sekitar sekolah, serta para guru pendamping khusus. Faktor penghambat internal dan eksternal, minimnya bantuan sarana prasarana dari pemerintah. Dampak positif dari implementasi pendidikan inklusif di SMK Negeri 2 Malang adanya dukungan dari semua pihak pelaku pendidikan inklusif, untuk dampak negatif penelitian ini dalam faktor penghambat yaitu minimnya bantuan sarana prasarana dari pemerintah. Saran peneliti, sebaiknya sekolah selalu mengirim surat untuk pemerintah dalam hal bantuan sarana prasarana agar pemerintah bisa cepat tanggap dalam membantu dalam hal ini. Bisa juga mencari sponsor melalui CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), swadana dari orang tua wali murid, dan penggalangan dari dana masyarakat.

This study intended to elaborate on critical thinking based teaching strategies high school EFL teachers in Iran integrate into their teaching process. An edited version of an emailbased questionnaire by Barnhill (2010) has been put into use to distribute the teaching strategies survey in four different provinces (Yazd, Lorestan, Fars and Kordestan). One hundred and twenty teachers answered it completely showing 75.94 percent of response rate .Not an empirical layout was utilized to investigate the most effective and frequently used strategies and the relations between the two variables of frequency of use and perception of effectiveness. Means, frequencies, standard deviations, percentages, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), correlation coefficient, and five-point Likert scale were utilized for the purpose of the data analysis. The items rank-ordering pointed out that among the 50 items "questioning and challenging students to consider all views" was rated as the most frequently used and "creative projects in-class involving various materials" was distinguished as the most effective. From 50 strategies, EFA determined four factors reducing the 50 critical thinking based teaching strategies. The findings showed a positive and direct relation between perception of effectiveness and frequency of use for every one of the four variables.

The goal of this research which was carried out in reputable dedicated call centres within the Turkish telecommunication sector aims is to evaluate competence-based curriculums designed by means of internal funding through Stufflebeam's context, input, process, product (CIPP) model. In the research, a general scanning pattern in the scope of descriptive research is used. The data collection instrument consists of the professional competence development curriculum's CIPP evaluation scale developed by researchers. Participants are 622 call centre agents who served in the Black Sea, Central Anatolia and Eastern Anatolia Regions in 2014 and 2015. Statistical analyses of the research were conducted by applying statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) v23.0 and Amos v21.0 software. In addition to gap analyses, the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was applied as well. For the construct validity of the scale, analyses of the illustrative and confirmatory factors are conducted respectively. In scoring, in focusing on the dimensions of the CIPP evaluation scale, significant variations by gender and education background have been observed between the opinions of the participants.

The aim of this research is to evaluate English II curriculum at YTU using Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model. The universe of this research is composed of 35 teachers and 415 students. The source of data has been obtained through two forms of a single questionnaire for the teachers and students which consisted of 46 items. In this research, the data has been analyzed using the technique of independent samples t-test. From their responses to the scales representing the curriculum components such as context, input, process and product, it is concluded that, mostly, teachers and students tend to support all four of these curriculum components. However, according to the findings of the study, significant differences have been observed between the means of teachers' and students' opinions concerning certain items related with the context, input, process and product component of the curriculum. This result indicates that while the students' perceptions are higher, the teachers' expectations are higher for the items regarding the components of the curriculum. According to the findings obtained from teachers' opinions, it is essential that audiovisual materials must be varied and implemented properly in the activities. According to the students' opinions, the students' needs related with their fields and English knowledge necessary for business life must be determined.
