The study aims at identifying the role of moral leadership for head of public schools in developing
creative skills in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate from the teachers' point of view and identifying
the effect of the variables of gender, academic qualification and years of experience. The researcher
designed an instrument of four parts that include (44) items: the first: (Characteristics of personal
ethical leadership, management ethical leadership behaviors, ethical leadership characteristics
associated with human relationships, development of creative skills) domains. The number of sample is
351 teachers that selected randomly, the study used the descriptive survey approach. The findings of
the study were a medium degree in all domains in role of moral leadership for head of public schools in
developing creative skills in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate. There was no significant difference
in role of moral leadership for head of public schools in developing creative skills due to gender and
years of experience in all domains. There was a significant difference in development of creative skills
domain due to academic qualification in favor of bachelor degree and master degree and above There
were no differences in the other domains. The study recommended the need to encourage educational
leaders to practice good ethics to promote creativity among teachers.

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) provide different opportunities to students with intellectual disabilities and to professionals who work with them. However, few studies address the use of collaborative learning platforms and handheld devices to enhance the integration of people with intellectual disabilities in the labour market. We present a learning experience where active methodologies, such as collaborative work, are combined with the use of iPads and a learning management system following a video self-modelling methodology. This paper represents preliminary efforts to understand what Actor-Network Theory (ANT) might contribute to our interest in analyzing what we hope are enhanced educational practices for second language (L2) learners. This theory encourages us to examine more closely the things, the tools, the non-human actants that are active in particular educational practices, and how those tools and not others, “exclude, invite and regulate particular forms of participation” (Fenwick and Edwards, 2010, p. 7). We identify aspects of ANT that are relevant to our work on videomaking, describe our videomaking research and provide two illustrations of how we began to see what ANT might offer in analysis of our video data and to consider its potential for guiding our ongoing fieldwork. Researchers suggest that video-based interventions can provide increased opportunity for students with disabilities to acquire important academic and functional skills; however, little research exists regarding video-based interventions on the academic skills of students with autism and intellectual disability. We used a multiple-baseline-across-participants design to investigate the effects of video self-modeling (VSM) on the mathematics skill acquisition of adolescents with autism. Four adolescent male students viewed videos of themselves on an iPad solving mathematical problems to estimate the amount of money used to pay for a given item and the amount to receive in change. Findings support a functional relationship between VSM and performance on math skills for each participant. Subsequently, the VSM was systematically faded during maintenance sessions, with little deterioration of skill. This study investigates how children can develop information literacy (IL) skills even before they learn how to read and write. In the project we used a combination of participatory observation and action research-inspired trialling of digital tools. Kindergarteners were given iPads and access to the app Book Creator to create their own digital stories. The electronic books were gathered and made available to the other children in the class, making a custom local digital library for the kindergarten. This article suggests a new way of considering IL as an emergent literacy, or even perhaps emergent information literacy.

In Saudi Arabia, English is taught starting from kindergarten at National Public and Private Schools. At International schools, English is the medium of instruction. This study aims to explore how parents promote children's language development, their evaluation of their children's proficiency level, which language the children use in communicating with family members and on WhatsApp. Surveys with parents revealed that English is stronger and preferred by children in International Schools and many children in Private Schools. More parents worry about their children's proficiency level in English than Arabic and promote English more than Arabic. Watching English cartoons and movies, using English educational and entertainment apps/programs, playing English games, and enrolling the children in English courses during holidays are common home-based activities. To promote Arabic, some parents hire a tutor. Others encourage their children to read Arabic stories and watch Arabic cartoons. Results and recommendations are given in detail.

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate that the Training of the 1st period in B2 Level ICT met the expectations of the participants and contributed to the implementation of quality teaching interventions for the cluster of PE and Health while simultaneously laying the foundations for more effective teaching in the future. The sample of this study was selected in a targeted manner, because the instructor-researcher provided training work to the participants entirely using the method of distance learning. This sample consisted of the trainees of two departments of the PE and Health Cluster, i.e. a total of 33 teachers from Primary and Secondary Education from different regions of Greece. The evaluation Tools was a) an electronic questionnaire was created on Google forms which focused on the satisfaction of those who participated in this training and their intention to participate in similar training programs in the future and b) a semi-structured interview was chosen from the qualitative research data collection tools so that the participants' satisfaction or not with the B2 training could be demonstrated as would its immediate utilization in distance courses due to the suspension of schools because of the pandemic. Intuitive detection and thematic analysis were used for the analysis of the interviews in the five axes on which the interview was structured. According to the findings of methodological triangulation, based on questionnaire responses and interviews, most of the respondents recorded positive attitudes towards the training, the additional assistance it provided them in the creation and management of their courses, and stated they were positive for a new extended training in the future.

The Sudanese education system, in recent years, has seen a significant expansion because of the significant increase in the numbers wishing to learn. There is a necessary need for expanding educational services to cover this vast number of scholars. The existing service is showing a clear deficit through physical, human, and spatial limitations. This illustrates the necessity to employ modern technologies such as mobile devices (iPad) to support education. Therefore, this paper seeks to review the use of mobile device (iPad) technology in education and explore the opportunities and challenges of utilizing iPad technology in the education system of Sudan. This paper reached to the use of mobile device (iPad) technology in the Sudanese education system providing opportunities for networking learning, social learning, interactive learning, and distance learning.  There are several challenges facing the utilization of mobile device (iPad) technology in the Sudanese education system in which the delivery of information by traditional methods is better than the use of mobile learning, there is no clear plan for the usage of mobile devices by the competent authorities, lack of training to use and employ the mobile learning. The paper recommended providing facilities to improve opportunities to incorporate technology into the Sudanese education system.

Computer technology (CT) for student use is a popular avenue for school districts to pursue in their goal to attain higher academic achievement. The purpose of this study is to examine the use of iPads in a one-to-one setting, where every student has his own device 24/7, to determine the effects, if any, on academic achievement in the areas of mathematics and science. This comparison study used hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) to examine three middle schools in a private school district. Two of the schools have implemented a one-to-one iPad program with their sixth through eighth grades and the third school uses computers on limited occasions in the classroom and in a computer lab setting. The world has become a small village due to latest developments in information technology. As a result, ecological, economic, political, cultural, social and technological systems in the world have become interrelated and interdependent. Students are no longer citizens of their own country; they have become global citizens. They live in a rapidly changing world that requires global skills and knowledge. In the light of current economic, political, social, technological changes in the world, this study recommends that a global education course be offered to students in junior and senior high school grade levels. Such a course will help students understand the world as a group of interrelated and interdependent human, political, economic, technological, ecological, social, and ecological systems, will introduce them to world cultures and customs, will help them understand the similarities and differences between them, will help them analyze and study world organizations, promote human values and develop an awareness of current world issues that cross borders, and will help them recognize the ties between their home country and other countries. The study proposes a model for a global education course and briefly delineates the following: (i) course objectives that include: knowledge objectives, objectives skills, value goals, and participation goals); (ii) course content which will focus on global systems (cultural, ecological, economic, political, technological, health, educational, social, judicial and ideological systems, international organizations), human values, persistent issues, and human history); (iii) course design; (iv) teaching strategies and techniques, activities, resources; and (v) teacher training.

Paraeducators are on the front lines in special education settings, providing support to teachers and students with significant disabilities and specific health-care needs. The important role they play demands efficient and cost-effective training in core skills. This study utilized a multiple-baseline across behaviors design to evaluate a module-based training program for paraeducators targeting three instructional strategies that are commonly used in the education of students with a wide range of disabilities: praise, pause, and prompts. Results demonstrated variability in accurate and consistent use of these practices across participants after completion of the modules. Implications for future research and practice are discussed.

The study investigated the effect of using the iPad at home by Saudi young children. Results showed that half of the children in the sample have their own iPad. 50% spend 1-2 hours a day using the iPad; 30% use it on holidays. 74% believe that nowadays use of the iPad has become a necessity. They like to introduce their children to latest technologies. The children can learn quickly and easily. The iPad also keeps the child calm and occupied while the mother is busy, having visitors, or running errands. However, the mothers reported that using the iPad by young children has several negative effects such as: distraction, social isolation; addiction to the iPad; losing their temper when the iPad is taken from them or when it is out of battery. The iPad's glare and staring at the iPad for a long time might affect children's eyesight. The children do not feel like moving or playing, socializing, or communicating with others while using the iPad. The mothers did not agree on the optimal age for using the iPad. The majority recommended setting a time limit for using the iPad under the parents' supervision. Results and recommendations are reported in detail.
