    25th Street Renaissance

    The construction work will consist of:


    Installation of intersection curb pop-outs, sidewalk, curb & gutter, driveways, curb ramps, and water main replacement. Asphalt paving along 25th Street from B Street to E Street. Restriping and lane reconfiguration of 25th Street from 4 lanes to 2 lanes with a center left turn lane.

    How your neighborhood may be impacted:


    Speed will be reduced in the construction zone, travel lanes will be shifted. Two-way traffic will be maintained at all times along 25th Street. During brief phases of construction, there will be temporary one-way travel along B Street, C Street, and Broadway, near the intersection of 25th Street. Detour signs will be placed to re-route traffic.

    Construction Schedule
    Construction work is anticipated to start on

    Monday, March 3, 2014 and be complete by September 2014.
