Jessica continues to hone her teaching skills. She openly accepts critical feedback and adjusts instruction
toward improvement. Jessica was a successful teacher when given full instructional responsibility of the
classroom during her student teaching semester. She is increasingly learning new instructional and behavioral
management strategies to foster student academic growth. Through student teaching, Jessica maintained a
positive professional attitude. Jessica shows excitement when discussing what she is teaching and what the
students are learning under her instruction.
