2. The Head of Department shall verify the equipment requirement and make
entries in the last column (Remarks) of the check list.
3. The Principal shall verify the staff of the department
4. Separate sheets for additional remarks may be used where required.
5. Principal is required to acquaint himself with the previous inspection
report if any of the institution being inspected.
6. This information duly completed & signed be furnished to the PM&DC
Secretariat alongwith proforma and to the Convenor at the beginning of
inspection.
