    UPDATES

    Club Board
    • All components have been prepared, and will be assembled shortly

    Craaaaazy Hair Day


    • Next year, small clearly messaged poster will be posted earlier
    • We will consider creating a hair booth where students can have their hair sprayed and styled to
    encourage participation

    Blackout
    • Blacklights will be purchased
    • Announcements with music have been proven the most effective
    • We need teacher supervisors desperately (Cheng and MacKinlay alone have volunteered)
    • Publicity is important – word of mouth, announcements, posters
    • Ticket selling will begin tomorrow
    o Mornings: Tiffany will get the cashbox from Mr. MacPhail

    o 1 period: set up table

    o 4 period: tear down
    o After school: selling during the rush

    Decorations
    • We will consider giving the DJ our glowsticks (in order to increase spirit at the dance)

    Drinks
    • We will purchase 2 boxes of Coke, 4 of Nestea, 3 of Sprite, and 1 of water
    • Once drinks are purchased, no non-StuCo members whatsoever are allowed in the StuCo office, and
    Student Council members are prohibited from taking drinks “on credit”
    TO DO
    EVERYONE  Ask teachers to supervise! Guilt! Plead! Grovel!
     Send your after school schedule to Tiffany
    Grade Reps  Meet in the Photo lab Thursday after school to take yearbook pictures
    Fiona  Tell the caretakers the date of the dance, that we need help with tables, but we’ll make
    sure to help set up and clean up with them
    Tiffany  Get the cashbox in the morning
    Freddy  Make the ticket list (#1-99)
    Terry and  Prepare a rap announcement
    Zimu
    Shelley  Check the amount of decorations (dance)
     Ask for the deadline of final numbers (semi-formal)
    Esther  Ask drama for use of the boxes
