Position Department Experience Qualification

Assistant Vice President/General Manager Mechanical (District Cooling System) 12-15 years in relevant field PG/Graduate in Mechanical Engg.
Responsible for all Mechanical Engineering activities like all disciplines of Heat load Calculations, detailed designing of High Capacity Chilling System, detailed psychometric analysis, piping and duct designs, Process Control & Instrumentation, Pumping Solutions, Material Handling & Process Equipment etc. Ensures the complex organizational interactions, which evolve from the participation of several other engineering entities on the project. Establishes and maintains access to technical experts in the advanced implementation technologies pertinent to the project, and sets up channels of communication to bring these expertises to bear effectively on the engineering effort. Technical Expertise in above areas, proficiency in knowledge of project process engineering, applications of engineering and construction implementation methods, Process & Control, Instrumentation, Pumping, Plant Communication System and procedures is must.

Responsible for all Power/Electrical engineering activities related to Distribution Network, Sub-station, etc. i.e. development of SLDs, Control Schematics which includes Transformers, Breakers, HV & LV Motors, HV & LV Switchgears, Cables, Battery and chargers, UPS System. To ensure all the project related activities completion as per the design and schedule. Drills operational controls and supervise over assigned Project Engineering Consultants. Manage the complex organizational interactions, which evolve from the participation of several engineering entities on the project. Establishes and maintains access to technical experts in the advanced implementation technologies pertinent to the project, and sets up channels of communication to bring these expertises to bear effectively on the engineering effort. To work in multi-disciplinary team. Technical knowledge of related engineering systems, engineering calculations, applications of engineering and construction implementation methods, materials engineering and associated application. Should have good knowledge related to selection and preparation of Technical Procurement Specifications of various electrical equipments. Must have excellent knowledge of industry practices, relevant national and international codes and standards.

Civil Draftsman (CAD Operator) Planning & Architecture 2-5 years in relevant field Diploma in Engg./ ITI- Civil Draftsman.
Responsible for preparation of AUTOCAD based drawings with respect to Planning , Architectural, Landscape and Infrastructure works for site execution projects. Preparations & Updation of Base map/ Master plan with respect to its different attributes (infrastructure, transportation, land use, landscape etc.) Working Knowledge of AUTOCAD 2012 is Mandatory. Exposure to Autodesk Revitt 2012, Sketch up 8 Pro, 3D Max is Desirable.

Chief Fire Officer TOWN MANAGEMENT Min. 22-25 years experience in Design, Operation & Management of Fire fighting and rescue systems in Cities/Towns with high rise buildings. BE / Graduate in Fire Safety is Mandatory
Ensure that Fire and Rescue Services are fully discharged at par with international standards parallel to statutory duties Develop all policies and procedures to supervise & run the Emergency Response Centre in accordance with the statutory requirements Providing professional advice, action plan & Technical Validation for emergency preparedness and protective services for the various stages of development Responsible for development of fire and life safety related infrastructure like fire station, fire equipments, vehicles, equipped emergency response control room, other resources etc. To carry fire and life safety audit and maintain records on fire safety. The candidate shall have an excellent understanding of current legislation practices related to Fire & Rescue, knowledge of fire fighting techniques, methods and management, command and control techniques, public safety methods, contingency emergency planning and emergency procedures experience of strategic planning and service delivery within local or central government for urban areas.

DGM/Sr.Manager Urban Planning Min. 7-10 years in relevant field PG/Graduate in relevant Engineering stream.
Responsibility will include leading a team of professional working on high-end urban projects involving land use planning, urban infrastructure, regulatory process. Should have experience in city level planning, urban governance, techno-commercial skills to employ resources to meet the projects objectives. Guide and co-ordinate the team of professionals of GIFTCL/ Consultants/ Developers. Should be pro-active in approach and hands-on experience in state of art Urban planning projects.

DGM/Sr.Manager Landscape /Horticulture Min. 7-10 years in relevant field PG/Graduate in relevant Engineering stream.
Executing the landscape works at site as per the landscape design intent. Ensuring onsite coordination with respect to all services and landscape design works. To assist design team in review of tender documents, design drawings, technical specifications as received from external consultants as well as prepare the same for in-house design works. Looking after pre and post site development works and maintenance of site works. Assisting in preparing cost estimates for landscape items, inviting quotations from various vendors and assist finalizing contracts. Maintaining and updating all landscape inventories and documents for future reference.

Applications: Candidate should have very good understanding of SDLC . Should have handled application development and support. Must have exposure of handling various platforms like MS Share point portal, JAVA etc. Will be responsible for various software running on multiple application and web servers . Experience of developing and managing ERP environment will be preferred. Serve as a problem owner for complex problems from multiple sources. Manage outage, bridges and drive fixes to ensure timely resolution. Ensures interface with application vendors for troubleshooting code issues, release management and product development. Should be able to work as individual contributor also. Infrastructure: Very good experience of handling entire gamut of IT infrastructure . Should have handled various platforms like Microsoft enterprise servers, MS exchange servers. Exposure on various technologies like VMware, backup solutions. Working Knowledge of over routing /switching/leased line and voice networks etc. Should have proper understanding of ITIL framework. Capable to handle Incident management and end user support and relevant reporting. Experience of design and roll out of Data-Centre. Should be able to handle engineers and various service providers. Good at designing and implementing IT policies etc.
