This
project
work
manufacturing and analysis of the component.
covers
the
design,
The mould is designed
according to the customer standards. The component is molded using PP.

This component is used in luggage carrier of the Food packaging,(Bru cap)
The analysis of the component is carried out to predict product quality. The
molded component may contain some defects like warpage, weld lines, air
traps, also pressure drop and temperature drops may occur in these can be
overcome by using analysis software.
PROJECTS HANDLED IN DIFFERENT SECTORS:
Complete Design & development of Dashboard for passenger car
Brief Project Profile:
Project involved design & development of complete dashboard for passenger car.
With A- Finisher, Airbag, steering column cover, end cover, Glove Box).
Designing surface as input complete designing of dashboard along with its
subcomponent (Center of all fixations & locating scheme of individual component
with respect to dashboard.
Responsibilities: To Provide Catia V5 3D model.
Design & Development of automobile lighting component.

optics, lens, and housing. 3D to 2D of all lighting component.
