appreciated the ministry of our Youth Department, ACTS Student Ministries on Sunday Morning. They were in charge of the service and what a tremendous job they did. The dramas were excellent and used to help set the stage for the message as well as lead in to each point of the message. The singing was also great and the team followed the leading of the Lord. Everyone did an awesome job. Pastor Jason preached a heavy message about Choices and the reality of hell and there were at least 3 who professed Jesus as Lord!!!!! So thankful that our youth are not the church of tomorrow. They are the church of TODAY!!!!!! Please continue to support the efforts of all our Church Ministries.
We are so honored to have Pastor & Territorial Overseer of Western Honduras, Manuel Sorto and his family to be in church with us this coming Sunday. Our church has been connected with them over the last 3 years because of a special program that the Church of God in South Carolina has taken on. It partners Pastors & congregations with Overseers, Territorial Overseers and Educators through Latin America. This program is called PENTECOSTUS and the connections are called PRIMOs. Primo is the Spanish word for cousin. It also is an acrostic for the things these cousins will do. One of those things is missionary or missions. It is the concept of exchange.where we go there and they come here. It is to help better the need, the culture and how best to help. Sometimes we think we know best how to help them but in reality, it is not a help at all. I can honestly say that by going to their country and seeing the need and listening to them talk about how they want to meet that need, I now understand how to best help them. I know what their goals and priorities are. We are helping them meet their goals and are effectively, little by little, helping them to accomplish things that they have not have the means to do. It is my sincere hope that you will not allow anything to keep you from being in the service Sunday. These are choice servants of the Lord. They consider you their family and want to see you and meet you. Thanks in advance for loving them and being present to show your love to them.

I know that the summer is a time for vacations. I am glad for the opportunities that the Lord blesses us with to be able to get away for a time of rest and relaxation. As your pastor, I just want to remind you that we should never take a vacation from the Lord. Always keep Him first and honor Him in everything that you do. Keep the Lords House a top priority and dont forget to honor Him with your tithes. Honor Him in every area of your life and He WILL bless you!
