    1. To create a new user ID and password without opening the ASCROM program, follow the steps of going to Start > Programs > ASCROM > Utility > Service Pack > Create/Modify User > Execute and fill in the required fields. 2. To run a new ASCROM DLL file, close the ASCROM program, unzip the patch files, copy the DLL file to the correct folder, and register the new DLL files through the Service Pack utility. 3. To run a new ASCROM utility, close the ASCROM program, unzip the utility files, copy the utility executable to the correct folder, and overwrite when prompted.

    1 How to create New User ID and Password without

    opening of ASCROM Programme


    Go to Start > Programs >ASCROM>Utility>select Service
    Pack>Create/Modify User>Execute
    New Menu open Now click on Add > Give UserID, User Name,
    Designation Password & Confirm Password (Password is Alpha &
    Numeric) then SAVE > OK
    Now Click on Edit and Double Click on X (Red Cross) System
    automatic X in to Right Simbol then Select Shortcut
    Cmds>Sellect All then SAVE >OK
    2 ASCROM Patch => How to Run New ASCROM dll
    Before run Dll file ASCROM Programme must be close
    Branches should unzip New dll files (Patch) & copy dll file (Not
    Folder) and paste in
    C:\>programme file>ascrom>Dlls >double click and paste in
    Dlls foler then register above new dll files through
    Start>programme >utility>service pack >Login>register
    dll>Execute>Again Execute and exit/cencle
    3 ASCROM Patch How to Run New UTILITY of ASCROM
    Before run Dll file ASCROM Programme must be close
    Branches should unzip utility.zip it & copy utility.exe
    in c:\>program file>ASCROM folder >Double click and paste as

    4.Major Installation Problem.
    Solution- When your system is not able to install Dot.Net
    Framework 2.0 or MSDE or Windows Installer 3.1

    than first install it separately if problem is still remain it means


    some operating system file are not supporting the CrisMac
    system file So please format computer, because all these are
    Microsoft products and if your system is not able to install them
    it means this problem belonging to operating system so
    immediately format it.

    Exit from ASCROM & following procedure -GO TO Start Menu > Programme > ASCROM > Utility > Select
    Service Pack > Login > Create / Modify User Execute > Select
    Top Admin Group & Doublc Click
    Click EDIT button on Left
    Side in your computer screen
    Available Option Menu on Right Side > All Red Cross must be
    double click one by one. Now display _/ Symbol (Right) Now
    Click SAVE Button on left side
    Message display > User
    Successfully Modified Click Ok and EXIT
    6 Error No 31 is for crisil Rating
    Quarterly Updation>Quarterly Data Updation>select customer
    Detail >customer ID Profile>Search CUSTID>EDIT>CRISIL
    Rating Data >Fill require information.
    7 Error No 97 is for Sales turn over
    Quarterly Updation>Quarterly Data Updation>select customer
    Detail>customer advances rofile>Additional information for
    BASEL II>Click on behind small tab of sales turnover box and
    Fill require information.
    8 Error No 98 is Investment in Equipment
    Quarterly Updation>Quarterly Data Updation>select customer
    Detail>customer advances Profile>Additional information for
    BASEL II>click Add or Edit Inv in equip Fill require information.

    9 ERROR No 99 is date of commencement of

    9 . How to do CAD calculation.
    For e.g. First Installment date is 31/03/04 and CAD date is
    30/09/07. Amount of installment is 2976. Principle amt. is
    250000
    2976 * 43 = 127968.
    250000 127968 = 122032 (Ideal Balance)
    Recovery - Ideal Balance = CAD
