No awards this week so straight onto school news.

SCHOOL NEWS
Sports Day and Family Picnic 2015
What a great afternoon this turned out to be. We had a super afternoon of Sport with a special visit
from Active Archie and I have had very positive feedback about the picnic on the field before the
sports. Even the weather stayed fine for us. Well do it all again next year!

Multi Skills,
Skills, Dodgeball,
Dodgeball, Drama and Choir
Multi Skills will continue to run for the next three weeks the final session is Monday 13th July.
There are two sessions remaining for Drama and Dodgeball. The last session for them will be Tuesday
7th July and Friday 10th July respectively. Choir Club has now finished for the year.

Cheshire Schools Awards 2015


I am sure you will all be pleased to hear that our own Mrs Johnson from the school office has been
shortlisted for the School Support Staff of the Year Award. Mrs Johnson does an amazing job in the
school office and we know how she is massively appreciated by all of our school community and
although she says she is just doing her job we all know she goes above and beyond on a daily basis.
The awards dinner is on Wednesday 8 July. Fingers crossed!

Annual Reports
Teachers are currently very busy finishing the reports off (amongst many other things!) and they will
be made available to Parents on Friday 10 July. This year these will be uploaded to the school website.
You will be able to find your childs report by logging onto the website with your childs log in details,
clicking on the My Work section and looking in the My School Reports folder. Further details will be
sent out about this on Friday 10 July. Year 2 and 6 statutory assessment results will be also be
available.

Dinner Money
The cost of school meals will increase by 5p to 2.20 from September. KS1 children will continue to be
eligible for Universal Free School Meals.

Wrens Trip to the Cheshire Show
