The synchronizing voltage must be connected threephase if the measuring voltage is connected threephase (N not connected). If the measuring voltage is
connected four-phase (L1-L2-L3-N), the synchronizing
voltage may be connected two-phase (L1-L2). L3 is
connected only for compensation and is not measured.
