    Name HAND SOAP LIQUID WITH D-LIMONENE

    Description This formulation is based on BIO-TERGE 804, a skin-cleansing surfactant concentrate blend.
    Formulation INGREDIENTS: % by Weight

    BIO-TERGE 804 50.00


    Glycol Stearate (HALLSTAR EGMS) 1.50
    Deionized Water 34.75
    d-Limonene 10.00
    Sodium Chloride 3.75

    Total 100.0
    Procedure Mix first three ingredients and heat to 60C with slow agitation. Glycol Stearate must be thoroughly
    dispersed in solution. Start cooling while mixing slowly. Add d-Limonene when temperature is between
    25C and 30C while mixing. Mix until homogeneous. Add salt and mix until homogeneous.
    Physical Appearance at 25C Pearled viscous liquid
    Properties pH, as is 7.0
    Viscosity 25C, cps 5000
    Odor Citrus
    Instructions Use as is from a dispensing bottle.
