SURESH REDDY
Suresh Reddy, Chairman & Managing Director, Ybrant Digital holds an MS in Engineering from
the Iowa State University and a B. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Prior to
co-founding two successful companies USAGreetings and Ybrant Technologies, he worked in various
roles across different industries in Fortune 500 companies, such as Caterpillar, Chrysler, SBC
(PacBell) and Charles Schwab. With a strong hold on Digital Marketing and Advertising, Software
Technologies, and Business Process Outsourcing, Suresh is always abreast of happenings in the
Digital Marketing arena.
Ybrant Digital is a Hyderabad-based digital marketing solutions company founded by Suresh Reddy
and Vijay Kancharla as USAGreetings.com, in September 1999. In November 1999, the company
introduced its first eMarketing product 'Powered by USAGreetings' engine and in June 2000, the
company metamorphosed into Ybrant Technologies Inc. The company offers digital marketing
solutions to Businesses, Agencies, and Online Publishers worldwide. It is present across all key
segments of digital marketing i.e. banner ads, search marketing, e-mail marketing, lead generation and
affiliate marketing.
DR. CHANDRASEKHAR (President and Global Head of HR , Dr.Reddys)

Dr. Chandrasekhar brings with him rich experience of over three decades in strategic HR management
and leadership development. He has worked in almost every domain of people management both in
the old and new economies - across reputed companies in private, public and multinational sectors.
Prior to joining Dr. Reddys he was a key member of the India Leadership Team and Director on the
Board of IBM India.
In his current role as Chief Human Resources Officer and a key member of the the Management
council, Dr. Chandrasekhar is charged with the responsibility of leading the entire HR Function
globally and drive key programs in leadership development, executive coaching, talent management,
employee engagement and organization design.
Well known for his expertise, thought leadership and contributions to the HR domain, Dr.
Chandrasekhar is regularly invited to work at the national level for professional bodies such as The
National HRD Network, CIIs National Committee on HR and Skills, and Indian Society on Training
& Development.
Dr. Chandrasekhar completed his MBA at the Leeds Business School, UK and has a Ph.D in
Organizational Behavior. He is also accredited by the International Coach Federation in the
professional practice of Executive Coaching.

Amar has around 24 years of experience in Organization Development, Facilitative Training and
financial services. He brings the rigor of financial analysis, the warmth of his people orientation, and
appreciation of organizational vibrancy, to all his work. Over the years, Amar has facilitated many
people and several organizations, in evolving 'Solutions for Better Enterprise'.
Amar has developed an off-site training location near Hyderabad, India, which is ideal for
experiential, outbound, activity - based training, titled Amar's Pensieve.
