    JOINT-AFFIDAVIT
    OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

    We, _____________________, and __________________________, resident of


    _________________________, Baguio City, and, ________________, resident of
    _________________, Baguio City respectively, are both of legal age, Filipinos, after being
    sworn in accordance with law, depose and say, that:

    1. We personally know MAGDALENA BIEGAS DOMONDON who was married to the


    late Engr. BRICCIO MANUEL LAIGO DOMONDON, Sr., being their long time church and family
    friends;

    2. We know that MAGDALENA BIEGAS DOMONDON was born in June 4, 1928 in


    Lagangilang, Abra;

    3. We also know for a fact that she is married to the late Engr. BRICCIO MANUEL
    LAIGO DOMONDON, Sr.;

    4. However, it appears that she inadvertently registered her last name in their certificate
    of marriage as BEEGAS instead of BIEGAS;

    5. MAGDALENA BEEGAS as appearing in her marriage contract and MAGDALENA


    BIEGAS as appearing in her certificate of live birth refer to one and the same person who was
    her good self;

    6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the above facts, and for
    all legal intents and purposes it may serve.

    IN TRUTH OF THE FOREGOING, we have affixed our signatures this ___ day of
    September 2017 at Baguio City.
