COURSE DESCRIPTION
Extra ordinary business results are produced in organizations that have authentic leadership. This course
guides students in building their own foundation of leadership through exploration of vision, values and
styles. This course includes large group discussions, small groups and experiential learning through cases
to understand how one becomes a leader
COURSE OBJECTIVE
The objective of this course is to change the mindset of the students. Understanding the importance of
authentic leadership in our culture is extremely important where cult of personality is widespread and
concept of leadership is widely misunderstood. Students will develop a broader perspective on their
leadership capacity, improve their decision making skills in tough conditions and learn the process of
becoming a Leader.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
After having completed this course successfully, participants will be able to:

Mixed instructional methods shall be put in practice for comprehensive learning of students. It
includes pedagogy and andragogical techniques of mind stimulation of the learners. For this purpose

involved in discussions, presentations, group activities and reference studies.
Students shall be distributed into groups for mutual discussions; learn how to share works, prepare
team based solution to problems and develop arguments for presentation cum thesis. Developing
arguments shall be taken as core activities of the course on multiple topics for conclusive literature
reviews.
