    I am writing to recommend that you consider Alejandra Droira for a position in your

    company. I have known Ms. Droira for 2 years, during which time she volunteered faithfully

    in our JAM (afterschool ministry). As a result of her outstanding volunteer work with our

    children, Alejandra was hired to work part-time in our church childcare nursery.

    In all of my years of experience in ministry, some individuals stand out for their

    exceptional qualities and Ms. Droira is one of those people. She is well known for her

    intelligence, work ethic, friendliness, creativity, positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and

    problem solving capabilities. Ms. Droira has established an excellent rapport with both our

    children and their parents, and creates a safe and wonderful learning environment for our

    children’s ministry.

    In summation, due to Ms. Droira’s well rounded capabilities and excellent job

    performance I would recommend her for any employment position she chooses to pursue.
