    1. Price Basis : Ex Works.


    2. Delivery : 7 working days from the date of receipt of valves
    Along with your order copy
    3. Sales Tax : Extra @ 12.5% VAT
    4. Service Tax : Extra @ 10.3 %
    5. Freight : Extra at Actuals on ‘To pay’ Basis
    6. Payment : 100 % against Proforma Invoice before dispatch.
    7. Validity : 30 days from the date hereof.

     Transport will be extra to transits’ the valves from your site to our workshop &
    vice versa will be Rs.2500/-
