    B. Genitive Case -’s/-s’ (possessive case)


    The possessive case is used especially to indicate a relation of ownership or association. Both nouns and pronouns are
    inflected in the possessive case.

    Singular Nouns
    the student’s name Examples:
    my baby’s name noun + ( ’ ) + -s Possessive Case:

    My parents’ names are Julia and Tony. My brothers’ names
    PLURAL Nouns are Gustavo and Federico. My dogs’ names are Keeper and

    Irregular Plural parents. I’ve got three uncles and 1 aunt. I’ve got fifteen
