Responsibilities:
❖ Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform
determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
❖ Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML)
that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
❖ Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of
company’s social content
❖ Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each
community
❖ Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
❖ Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,
insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
❖ Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage
reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Responsible for sales performance of branch and balancing the portfolios of CASA mix.
• Organizing marketing & awareness activities in and out of branch premises to popularize the
brand name by involving people.
• Training Sales team for adhering to KYC guidelines and ethics prescribed by regulators like RBI,
SEBI, IRDA
• Handling Current A/C, Saving A/C, FD, RD, NRI Services, and Cross selling like Life Insurance,
Mutual Funds, Loans (Auto, Commercial Vehicle, Home) Credit Card
• Working closely with branch staff, and serving customers for their queries.
• Focus on Branch profitability and developing long term relationship with customers,
• Managing Corporate leads.
• Updating the area mapping in the locality for the competitors and for business potential to
work effectively.
• Co-ordinate with Malls, Societies, Academia, Hospitals for marketing activities for promoting
our products and services on different occasion..
