    1. We wish to transmit the information signal Vm = 5 sin( 2π*6,000t)t Volts.


    a) Calculate the wavelength of the given signal.
    b.) Would it be practical to directly transmit this information signal using an antenna?

    (a) Determine the peak and rms powers of the carrier, the USF, and the LSF.
    (b) Determine the total power of the modulated wave for a modulation coefficient of
    0.5.
    (c) Draw the power spectrum.
