hospital, so that women can serve while giving birth under hygienic atmosphere. Extending

Establishing of school and colleges

Government has to revaluate its educational policy, through setting up high and
middle school on a lower level and college, university and technical training centres on
national level. Khanozai is a remote area and the only solution is to establish educational
institutions. Many people can afford education away from their area, having no proper
mechanism for women education. Schools and colleges are in a very small number while
population is thrice to the total accommodation of school. Government should establish
psychological educational centre to end the social stereotypes that have suppressed women
overwhelming
No Technical Jobs
Today, females in khanozai are unwaged. In simple words, women constitute half of
Pakistan's population, which means half of the population is unemployed. In other words,
unemployment has badly affected Pakistan economic position. Pakistan needs social
reformation, hence devise a non-traditional job policy based on equal job opportunities for
both male and female. It supports their families and will build their own assets.
