Handling ARS win Software to update the attendance of the employees of almost
3000, including two units and one corporate office.
Day to day attendance updation of the employees working in 4 shifts.
Daily preparation of the MIS reports of present absent and late coming employees
and forwarding to the top management.
Act as an interface between the Employees and the Management and sort out the
grievances effectively, promote community and welfare developmental activities.
Design and implement various processes to effectively assist employee issues and
facilitate functional inter-departmental meetings.
Exit Interview: Facilitating Clearance and full & Final settlement/ Handling Exit
formalities/Maintenance of Exit records
Induction & Socialization: Responsible for joining formalities of all the new joinees
and giving them a brief presentation about the organization/Making the new
employee aware about the policies and procedures of the company & business line of
the company/Taking the new employee for an introduction round within the
organization and making them aware about the departments and heads as well.
Policies / Procedures: Successfully implement company policies and take disciplinary action
under Standing Orders.
