Setting up framework for internal applications related to compensation letter release, PMS application, payroll Input
Module application and offer letter release portal to minimize errors and human efforts.
Supported in 2 Cycle of offshore and onsite compensation benchmarking & annual revisions. This includes analysis of the
current compensation trends and industry benchmarks.
Setting up the MISs framework providing global manpower cost, headcount and other specific analysis to ensure timely
decisions & organizations budgeting.
Solely responsible for maintaining data in the Infogain Internal developed C&B ERP system & enhancing / modifying the
system based on the requirement and doing regular Audits of the same.
Taking care of all kinds of variable payouts (PBVP and MBO) for all locations of Infogain.
Preparing Global Monthly MIS of all employees at organization level also involved in Data modeling for both Domestic and
International locations (US, ME) locations.
Calculating and Maintaining sheet for MBO (Management by objective) payouts for all employees across locations. Also
maintaining KRAs of all employees entitled for MBO and getting it reviewed at regular Intervals along with payouts and
computation till disbursement.
Taking care of quarterly and annual PBVP (Performance Based Variable Pay) payouts.
Working closely on Incentive plans computation and disbursement of all eligible employees globally.
Involved in salary normalization/Rationalization of employees covered in Appraisal Cycles Annually and Quarterly,
Preparing Comparison -ratio sheet for appraisal cycles.
Preparing ESCs (Employee Status Change) and PCRF (Payroll check request) forms for any kind of payout or change in salary
for all US employees.
Taking care of all kind of Retention and Loyalty bonus given to employees both India and US.
Preparation of Appraisal calendar for timely and smooth functioning of appraisal process.

Preparing the business requirement documents as per Team requirements and coordinating & consulting with BPR Team.
