I. Objectives

b. differentiate vertebrates from invertebrates
c. identify the five classes of vertebrates and their characteristics
d. appreciate the importance of learning what are the vertebrates and their
classifications
3. Motivation
This time I will show you pictures of different
kind of animals. I want you to identify each
picture of animals.
B. Presentation
Animals are classified into two big groups. They are
