We, Autotherm Brand, from Albin Groupe is a well known Brand in India & Abroad and reputed
manufacturer & exporter of quality Automatic Autoclaves, Industrial Furnaces and Process Plants. Our
product range includes all types of Thermal Processing Equipments like Furnaces- Heat Treatment/ Melting
Special Process, Ovens, Dryers , Autoclaves and Steam Sterilizers, Boilers and Steam Generators, Kilns
and Continuous Hardening and Tempering Plant and Custom Designed Continuous Process Plants.
Under guidance of our insightful, visionary and able mentor Mr. Albin Suresh, DME, BE, AMIE, an
Design Engineer, having 16 years experience in Thermal, SPMs & Automation, we have been able to set a
benchmark to achieve in the industry and crafted a niche for ourselves. Vast experience of our mentor and
his expertise has also helped us fetch recognition and generate trust among our clients in market. Our
Industrial Play on the Ground by our mentor Started in 2001 as a Freelancing Design Services and Repair
Services engaging with various Sub-Contracting sources which earned much reputation from our customers
from various parts of India and leaded him to start a own manufacturing facility in 2005.
Since the day of our inception in 2005, we have continuously marched ahead on the path of success
and have always worked to design best models and manufacture finest products to offer complete
satisfaction to our clients. Products offered by us are developed in accordance to ISO 9001: 2008 & ASME
U Stamp (Sec.VIII, Div.1), IBR standards and meets the demands of all other international standards.
We have a well equipped manufacturing unit that has R&D and CAD / CAM facilities available in it
and is supported by two state-of-the-art infrastructure that is spread in a vast area of 60,000 square feet with
12,000 sq.ft Covered Shed that have the ability to produce 50-100 units each per annum. In order to meet
international quality standards, we have a team of highly experienced Engineers & Technicians of 180
peoples (30-Permanent &150- On Contract- Temporary). These people are responsible for conducting
stringent quality tests at all stage of product development from Raw Material to Finished Goods. People
working with us are self motivated and committed towards the Organization Goals and work in coordination
to each other. For innovations to take place at our place, we also have employed a team of dedicated
researchers (PhD. Scholars) and engineers who are passionate in researching and developing new
products. We also have a specialized Team of Project Engineers who take care of all site activities like On-
site Construction, Erection & Commissioning, and Product Trials.
We have well equipped facility for testing of Pressure Vessels upto 300Bar (30Mpa) and also having
facility for instruments calibration & Testing with Traceability Certificate. All of our products & Accessories are
Tested at Factory & Trials given as per scope to client prior to Dispatch and which are inspected, witnessed
& approved by Third Party Inspectors. We also offer customized solutions of our products as per Customers’
requirements and after sales service provided all over the world.
