    MINUTES OF MEETING

    October 3, 2019
    EACL 4

    A meeting were called by Engr. Jezer E. Ilao, AECES Adviser to all Students
    under Electronics Engineering Program. The said meeting was started at 12:30 PM and
    with a prayer led by Mr. Kieven Capricho. The meeting was presided by Engr. Ilao.

    AGENDA:
    1. IECEP NATIONAL SUMMIT
    2. ECE ID Lanyard
    3. Signing of Clearance
    4. Other matters

    IECEP NATIONAL SUMMIT


     Engr. Ilao discussed about the IECEP National Summit. There was an
    invitation from the IECEP National through IECEP Mindoro Chapter. IECEP National
    Chapter will be holding this activity at the ABS-CBN Vertis Tent, Vertis North, Quezon
    City on November 27, 2019 with a theme “Unlocking the Digital Economy Mindset:
    Electronics Profession in Focus”. Various activities will be conducted during the event.
    The most important is the presentation of various projects about Electronics from
    different universities and colleges. Engr. Ilao said that the assembly will be in DWCC
    Janssen Campus 12 midnight. The officers will provide excuse letters for the students
    who will participate. Then, he discussed about the expenses.

    REGISTRATION ₱ 600.00
    SHIP FARE (CAL-BAT V/V) ₱ 430.00
    TERMINAL TICKET (CAL AND BAT) ₱ 60.00
    VAN RENTAL ₱ 600.00
    TOTAL ₱1,690.00

     He said that the possible deadline of payment will be on November 5, 2019


    because he will request for cash advance to pay for the registration fee on November 15,
    2019. They will pay at the cashier. Engr, Ilao will announce if they may start to pay for
    the contribution. And everyone are agreed with this.
     There were 3 vans will be rent with 3 faculty members to accompany.

    ECE ID LANYARD
     Engr. Ilao asked the students if they are willing to have An ID Lace and the
    members agreed. Mr. Ken Jolo Takano presented the design and he will canvass for the
    prize. Also, Engr. Ilao suggested to contact ENgr. Diana Ross Diaz. He also asked
    anyone for the design of organizational shirt to be wear during the summit.
    SIGNING OF CLEARANCE
     Engr. Ilao discussed the procedure for the signing of clearance. Also, he
    said that the advisers and higher officers may sign their clearance.

    The meeting was adjourned at 1:43 PM.
