methodology

in this part of the study will discuss the methods ,procedures and also includes
the data sources used in gathering and interpretinf the data needed to improve the
potential of this study. it contains the complete processes including the research
designs which it embrace the content of questionnaires that were given to the
respondents , data soureces whish was applied in conducting the study. sampling to
assess the product , research instruments and procedures on how to make the product
more acceptabe and sufficient to the respondents. data gathering proceess whisch
has been gain to have a better product w/ the use of questinnaire and the
statistical tools to necessary control and verify analitical procedures as well as
the resulting.

research design
on the product presented it was given aquestionnaire containing a different
questions based on the needs and different interests of consumers and respondents
on the growing level of research. this includes 10 different questions, grouped
into 5 according to the ways of how it should be answered (putting a chechmark on
the choice that best describes the answer, by rating the product 5 as the highest
which is excellent and 1 is the lowet which is fair, answering different perception
some feedbacks as they consume the products ,by shading the appropriate reaction
that they felt after consuming it and lastly by giving their suggestions and
recommendation to improve the stydy. it relies on the participants being available
and accesible.

sources of data
to find the reliable articles, literature and studies ,searches were based on the
primary sources of the research-the respondents, the aim was to conduct as rurvey
for about 50 espondents was given a questinnaires to judge the study's capability
and potential. the other sources, searches were also applied of data consists of
books and articles and websites.

sampling
intial product assesment was conducted to assess and estimate the product. the
researcher chose a limited respondents which it depends that can give a reliable
and acceptable feedbacks that can help the researcher to improve the study in order
to be usefull in a time consumingwhile conducting it without having investigate
every individual. reduces the cause and work load and make it easier high quality
information.

respondents
research personnel characteristics of respondents have very significant role to
play in a public consultation as public interests are now foccused towards process
based foods products and also to gather some feedbacks and ideas on how the
researchesr will improve the study. this study was maily conducted for everyone

research instruments and procedure


as the study has bitter taste it has been always ignored by some people. the
researchher used materrials and ingredients that can control the taste the taste of
the product. it includes tha spoon to remove its arils ,the knife to some left
arils and also for slicing the bitter gourd, measuring cups having enough of wheat
flour and water, the milk and sugar to control its bitterness, egg for compliment
of wheat flour also have ham, the grater to make the bittergourd slice into tiny
pieces for serving ,and the oil and pan for cooking.
in making pancake with the flavor of bitter gourd you must follow the steps on
how to make the product:

data gathering process

in order to gain for a better insight for an improvement of the product the
resercher conducted survey were used to select participants who belonged to the
target group. each of them was given a questtionnaire to gaine an understanding
participants perceptions, reccomendations that might have impluence the results.
