    Sub: Construction of Bypass around Hubli City Connecting NH-218 and NH 63-Work Order for
    Motor Grader MG 400
    Ref: You’re quote dated and further negotiations

    We are pleased to inform you that your quote for supply of Motor Grader MG 400 at
    negotiated hire charges of Rs.2,40,000.00/- per month for uninterrupted working of the machine
    for the entire work. The work site will be at Hubli bypass connecting NH 218 and NH 63. The
    rate is inclusive of salaries of your crew. You will also governed by the following terms and
    conditions.
    Terms and conditions

    1. The hire charges of Rs. 2,40,000/- will be paid per month for uninterrupted working of
    the machine for the entire worth.
    2. Break down of machine for more than one day, payment will be deducted on pro-rate
    basis for the break down period and balance will be released.
    3. General, working hours shall be 8.00 am to 7.00 pm. There will no ceiling or the working
    hours for days work. The machine has to work on all the days including holidays and
    Sundays as per situation demands. Operating crew shall be present at site 24*7. If the
    work required to be continued during night shift. Overtime will be recorded beyond 7 pm
    total OT hours during the month will be converted to man days 10 hrs/day and paid extra
    on pro rate basis as per monthly accepted hire charges.
    4. HSD will be issued by M/S concord as per actual consumption depending on actual
    working hours.
    5. Applicable GST will be paid extra.
    6. Deposit of Rs. 2,40,000 /- after grader reaches at site.
    7. One side transportation as per actual to be paid.
    8. You shall have insurance coverage for your crew and third party. You shall ensure the
    safety of the public property while carrying at the work.
    9. TDS will be deducted as applicable from your payments.
    10. You shall submit the monthly work done bill on closing of the month. Your payments
    will be released within 20 days from the date of receipt of your bill.
    11. If machine suffers a continuous breakdown for more than 03 days, you shall arrange
    alternate machine as a suitable in order to ensure the progress of work.
    12. Either party shall serve a notice on one another, if they intend to terminate the contract.
    13. You should ensure and maintain the machine in good working condition. No maintenance
    will be under taken by M/S concord.
    14. You shall carry out the work as per committed program and schedule. In the event of
    poor performance and not adhering to the condition stipulated as per clause stated above,
    which in turn would hamper our overall scheduled programme of completion, this work
    order stands cancelled with the prior notice of 7 days.
