    E-tender for AMC job for Limitorque Make Actuators at PATNA TOP- effective
    from 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2022

    SCOPE OF JOB:

    1) Maintenance job to be carried out once in a quarter and records kept.


    2) The following equipments to be covered under the maintenance contract
    a) Actuators as a whole provided by M/s Limitorque at Patna Top
    3) There would be 4 AMC visits during the scope of contract.
    4) In case of breakdown maintenance the following equipments to be covered
    Actuators as a whole provided by M/s Limitorque at Patna Top

    5) Job sheet and record to be made for each of the AMC visits and the same to
    be signed by both M/s Limitoruq engineer and M/s BPCL Engineer.
    6) No payment would be made under the Annual Maintenance Contract for the
    following:
    a) "Towards the supply of skilled/unskilled manpower required for
    repair/servicing of equipments/systems during preventive/breakdown visit.
    b) "On the basis of number of mandays required during a preventive or
    breakdown maintenance visit".
    7) Cost of spares and consumables required for Preventive/Breakdown jobs will
    be borne by M/s BPCL.
    8) Old spares which are replaced by vendor shall be returned to M/s BPCL
    wherever it is applicable.
    9) In case any of the spares are repairable the same will be done by M/s
    Limitoruqe and returned to M/s BPCL for further use. The cost of such repairs
    would be borne by M/s BPCL.

    Working Hours/Response Time


    1) Preventive Maintenance to be carried out within the normal working hours of
    09:00 to 17:30 hrs.
    2) Breakdown maintenance calls to be attended within maximum of 48 hours from
    the receipt of complaint form M/s BPCL. The endevour should be to make the
    system operational within 72 hours from receipt of complaint in case of "MAJOR

    BREAK DOWN".

    Payment Terms

    1) Payment will be made quarterly. The AMC charge per quarter would be payable
    at end of a QUARTER.
    2) Payments will be made within 15 days of receipt of invoice from M/s
    Limitoruqe.
    3) AMC charges will remain firm till the expiry of contract and no increase
    will be considered during the contract period.

    General Terms and Conditions:


    1) Electricity and water if required for carrying out maintenance will be
    provided by M/s BPCL free of cost.
    2) M/s Limitorque to observe all safety, statutory rules and regulations
    appicable at the locations.
    3) All labour,materials,equipment,tools and tackles are in vendor scope.

    Termination of Contract:
    1) M/s BPCL reserves the right to terminate the contract by giving a month's
    notice to M/s Limitorque.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1.Pricing types
    1. THE BID SHALL BE VALID TILL THREE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF SUBMISSION.
    2. THE VENDOR WHO WILL BE AWARDED THE JOB SHALL HAVE TO COMPLETE THE JOB
    WITHIN STIPULATED TIME.
    3. PAYMENT SHALL BE RELEASED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COMPLETION OF
    JOB

    2.Deadlines
    1. ALL THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THIS TENDER SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO
    BPCL AT THE TIME OF TENDER SUBMISSION.
    2. THE JOB SHALL BE FURNISHED AS PER SCHEDULE OF WORK.
    3. ANY CHANGES IN THE GST TAX DURING JOB EXECUTION/ INVOICING SHALL BE
    CONSIDERED BY BPCL AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT
