WHAT IS
HEALTHGUARD?
HealthGuard is a range of protective
screens designed to shield employees
and customers against the COVID-19
virus. The system consists of a clear
plastic screen, with an opening for staff
service, which sits tightly onto a white
melamine timber base or is hung up
over a counter. The product is designed
to be flat packed for easy tool free
assembly on site.
We offer two basic plastics for the
screen, polycarbonate or petg, both
5mm thick, and a range of colour
options for the base, from standard
white to woodgrain, in both 18mm and
25mm thickness.
An innovative range of protective screens designed to

protect employees and limit the spread of infectious
disease.
PRODUCT BENEFITS:
• Clear transparent barrier maintains visibility and communication
between staff and customers
• No need for expensive site installation- all units are flat packed for
easy tool free assembly on site. The designs are sturdy and free
standing and simply sit on your existing countertop
• If required, units can easily be fixed to counter tops using double
sided tape or wood screws
• High impact plastics used for the top screen – we offer
polycarbonate as standard due to it’s high impact resistance and
rigidity and clarity, or alternatively PETG plastic, again which is
highly impact resistant 5mm material as standard
• Vinyl graphic included with each unit – this can be customised with
branding if required
• Variety of options included on the timber base, from white to
colours or woodgrain finishes
• HealthGuard is a broad product range not limited to one

HEALTHGUARD -
STANDARD
• Counter top solution – where staff stand to
interact with customers
• Unit dimensions: 600mm wide x 900mm
high x 300mm deep
• Ideal for pharmacies and general retail
stores
• Unit simply sits onto an existing counter, no
expensive installation, no alteration to your
existing counter and unit can be packed
away when not needed for future use

MOBILE
• Mobile floor solution – unit consists of
our standard HealthGuard fixed onto a
mobile base storage unit
• Base units has 4x pullout stock drawers
and is on castors
• Ideal doorway service solution or
temporary service area solution
• Dimensions: 600mm wide x 400mm
deep x 1882mm overall height (1000mm
to the counter top)

DESKGUARD
• Desktop Solution – for use where staff sit
behind a counter to interact with others
• Standard units have a 300mm base and
are 600mm high (900mm also available)
• Different widths available – 600mm /
800mm and 1000mm as standard
• Units are flat packed for easy assemble,
no installation needed and no need to
interfere with the worktop – units are
free standing

DESKGUARD MAX
• Interview room solution – extra strong
unit with 4x base supports. Plastic and
base can be glued together for permanent
fix and unit can be securely screwed to
worktop
• Standard units have a 300mm base and
are 600mm high (900mm also available)
• Standard width available is 1000mm,
other sizes to order
• Installation needed to securely fix unit to
worktop

HEALTHGUARD -
COUNTERFREE
• Installation required – units consists of a
large plastic screen fixed to a top timber
support, which in turn is ceiling hung with
a strong steel chain
• Plastic panel (polycarbonate) is 1000mm x
1000mm, chain supplied will need to be
cut on site to suit
• 2x vinyl graphics per unit
• Different timber finishes available for the
top support
• Ideal solution where counter space is
limited
