Sports and Time Management

It is indeed hard to juggle time between sports and academics specially both needs heavy
amount of time to prosper, and in some cases if one of these two elements wasn’t balance well
enough tendencies that either one of it may fall out of hand. In which responsibility plays a huge
role, making excuses not an option.

I agree that time management is an oxymoron since nobody can bend time, it’s always
running and so it’s only us that make it worthwhile. As such priorities come in to place which
serves as guide to have a better use of said time.

The problem with our world right now is everything that doesn’t really matter distract us
to avoid reaching a goal. Social Medias like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter etc. was really
designed to make us addicted to binge stuff that waste our time. No matter how much someone
try to justify it, product owners had already confess that they did implement psychological
studies, experiments, for us to keep coming back to their products for the sake of profit.

Not everyone can’t organize well their priorities in life and I guess, before starting out on
going at making plans or goals, he/she must look back first and determine if issues like being
lazy, not having enough motivation, addicted to substance, has been a part of their lives and
taking actions on these first is much more practical than going on a journey with a rusted car.
Because in the long run, if problems arise and you’re not equipped mentally or physically, it
might become your downfall whereas if you fixed yourself first and start planning for battle,
possibilities of achieving your goals becomes certain.
