    2. Maintenance period will six months from the work been certified by the
    site representative beyond six months if any work required to be that will

    3. Work fronts will be provided timely.

    Payment Terms
    1 Monthly Billing and payment shall be made within 15 days after
    submission of invoice.
    2 GST will be paid extra as applicable
