To adhere with the Localization Law (RA 8190), teachers who are not a resident of the
place where they are teaching may apply for transfer provided they had been teaching in the
place for five years and above.

Those assigned in far places who are not a resident of that place and had been teaching
in said place for five (5) years could avail the service.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Letter of application for transfer addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent;
2. Result of District/Cluster Assessment for transferees;
3. Certificate of Employment;
4. Previous appointment;
5. Service Record;
6. Barangay Certificate of Residency by the Brgy. Captain.
