    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Prices Quoted prices are in Pak. Rupees on F.O.R ISB basis. However, if there is any change in Tax Regulations, currency
    exchange rate with US$ and regulations or new tax or duty imposed by the Government, our prices will
    be changed accordingly.
    Exchange Rate In case, Prices are in quoted in US$. Payment may be made in Pak Rupees by using the prevailing US$ to Pakistani
    Rupee official IT exchange rate on the date of issuance of payment.

    Validity This quotation is valid for a period 60 day only.


    Payment 100% payment after delivery or as per terms agreed.
    Delivery Currently Ex-Stock (subject to availability) otherwise 10-12 weeks
    Installation There are no additional charges for installation of equipment within office timing 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM at customer
    premises within Lahore. All input/output breakers & cabling, earthling, panels, distribution box and civil work
    provided by the customer. InTech will deliver the equipment on Ground Floor, Delivery to final destination will be
    responsibility of the Customer. If customer wants installation on OFF days or late night after 6 PM and at locations
    other than mentioned above, Intech will charge separately.
    Warranty The above-mentioned equipment is under 36 months Year warranty period that includes all parts of the equipment
    from the date of delivery. Any damage occurred due to misconduct will not be covered under warranty including any
    physical damage or burning of components due to contact with liquid and power fluctuation.
    Exclusions Title of equipment quoted and sold to the customer will only be transferred to the customer upon full and final
    payment for the said equipment by the customer. Until such time that the full and final payment is received, the
    equipment may be used by the customer but shall remain the property of InTech.

    Cancellation After confirmation of the purchase order, if the Customer chooses to cancel the order a minimum of 20% of the total
    of Order cost order shall be charged / deducted as cancellation and re-stocking fee.
    Withdrawal of InTech reserves the right to withdraw the offer and the related quotations at any time and point before accepting the
    Offer Purchase Order
