INTRODUCTION

SKIN CARE

It is a company designed for the creation of beauty products focused on skin care,

as time passes, we see that women and men worry about their physical

appearance, this change has led to the youth and population becoming interested

in being more in trend and taking care of herself. Every day that passes we are

aware that without a good image we will make little impression, both at work,

professionally or to get a job.

Through a market study we have decided to create the Skin Care company where

we saw the opportunity to grow and penetrate the market with our beauty product

focusing on those consumers who want to take care of their appearance and take

care of it, we have taken into account that a certain The population would not use

our products, but there are innovative, trendy and jovial people who would like to

learn more about skin care.

1. Diagnosis of problematic skin Care:

Currently, Colombian companies are aimed at a more demanding type of

consumer, this is reflected in the variety of products that are being manufactured

due to the demand that different competitors have and to which we as a company

can have some responsibility if we continue to produce. striking, innovative and

trendy products.
Currently one of the priorities of Colombians is to acquire products for beauty and

health care, both women and men. The fact is that in Colombia it has grown

according to figures from Euromonitor and Raddar, Colombia is located in the fifth

position of the Latin American market preceded for Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and

Chile.

We analyze the growth of the sector; we will note that the segment for which

beauty care grows the most is focused on the masculine. The man by culture

focuses more on personal care, we must offer varieties so that they are satisfied

with their needs and be able to cover and counteract the competition.

Having quality, affordable products, with natural ingredients, we will be able to

reach the market and consumer, satisfying the needs, achieving the objectives that

we as a company have set ourselves.


4.JUSTIFICATION:
My project consists of offering skin care alternatives including natural and scientific

products. The realization of this project is because as time passes, we as human

beings seek to improve our image and appearance on our skin with Skin Care we

will achieve it.

They are products that will help our skin to be more radiant, healthy, youthful

And always look like porcelain.


4.1 GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Determine with feasibility the idea of creating a natural and scientific product for

skin care and hydration, innovating the market with high quality products at a good

price.

In order to publicize our project, we have to train the consumer so that they know

more about the products they are going to purchase and we are going to carry out

skin diagnostics where they will be more satisfied with Skin Care

2. APPROACH TO THE SKIN CARE PROBLEM:

Currently, the growth of beauty care has acquired a culture that had not been

reflected before, this has achieved the creation of products and places where you

can have an experience with them and meet the needs of each consumer.

Specifically, one of the interests of the consumer is to take care of their image and

beauty

That is why we have decided to enter the market and reach large surfaces,

innovating with our products that will be of great customer satisfaction. There are

skin and beauty stores where we are located so that the consumer knows our

products and can let us know their concerns and also live unique and memorable

experiences.
The most important activities in Colombia are trade and agriculture, among others,

due to the current situation the country is facing, they have not stopped working

and supplying Colombians, which is why this response was given by Roberto

Velez, manager of the Federation of Coffee Growers, explains that "today more

than ever we are proud, we are once again the engine of the Colombian economy

and that is our responsibility, but keeping ourselves healthy and free from

contagion." This year the harvest is crucial, since the sector has just registered a

I did this research because there are sectors that have been hit hard by this

pandemic, but wanting to get ahead, the beauty and care sector has increased its

sales since the Colombian consumer has decided to take care of herself from

home and dedicate herself more time for her or him.

3.Theoretical framework:

This project has the viability of processing and commercializing skin care

products, based on natural ingredients that we know, will also aim to

commercialize and distribute them. Example

Avocado mask: it is used to hydrate all types and generate freshness and revitalize

the skin. The avocado properties are very nutritious and will help us eliminate toxic

substances from the skin avoiding the accumulation of toxins.

Producer: One of the elements is the one who assumes the task of manufacturing

and marketing the product, the producer is the main believer in the project and
firmly believes in the realization of the idea and creativity as a control to definitively

create the project.

Final consumers: Person or final consumer who want to keep skin Care products,

they obtain it through leather stores, beauty fairs and distributors where they can

get it individually.

Intermediary consumers: these are companies that make it possible for the product

to reach from the manufacturer to the final consumer, such as wholesalers, in order

to market and distribute them in different places.


5 STUDY HYPOTHESES

General hypothesis: The products that we are going to make are designed for

those people who want to take better care of their image, who want effective

results and use ingredients of natural origin.

Specific hypothesis: Products with natural ingredients will help the skin by

improving its appearance, giving a sophisticated touch and a natural and effective

rejuvenation.

Operational hypothesis: Through the application, of the moisturizing creams that

we are going to make in the products, we can check the properties of the

ingredients that will give results to consumers.

Provable hypothesis: Based on the research and information gathered on the

ingredients and properties of the products mentioned, we have managed to gather

important information on the effectiveness of these and the results.

To achieve success in our products we must have a permanent structure and

consolidate coherence on the adequate research giving ideas that formulate

related hypotheses in documents that will give results in the project we are carrying

out.

6.VARIABLES OF THE INVESTIGATION

As we have not had a supply, it has been decided to create a source of

employment, so that production increases and we can begin to innovate the

market.
This year we want to participate in the beauty fair that is organized in Corferias

every year where we will present our products and new launches:

• Product / service: through this we interact with customers and know their needs,

tastes and impressions of them.

• Brand: It is how we identify ourselves in the market. Skin Care is the development

of skin care products, logos, designs, among others.

• Promotion and Advertising: We will develop a plan designed where we cover the

market by publicizing our products and benefits, these would be through digital

means, influence, you tube, social networks, TV animation among others.

• Public relations: We will create alliances with supermarkets and with the union by

publicizing our products and their benefits.

• Promotion and sales: It are a fundamental tool since it helps us to inform about

the product by offering to increase the market in the long or medium term. We can

also encourage consumers and different means of distribution to achieve our

objectives.

7. SCHEDULE OF THE SKIN CARE PROJECT

The following activities are the ones that we are going to present in the project, as

we mentioned in the general and specific objectives.

 A survey is conducted with the participation of men and women who want to take

care of their skin.


 Then we will carry out a census where all the companies that are dedicated to

the manufacture of skin care products participate.

 We will design advertising campaigns so that they know more about the product.

 We will conduct short courses for consumers on skin care

 We will create a customer service office for your complaints and claims. We will

seek to finance sophisticated machines for the investigation of new products that

we will launch on the market.

 We will attend the beauty fairs that are being held in the country, this will help us

grow as a company and be recognized.

 We will investigate market trends and consumer tastes.

8. DESIGN TYPES OF SKIN CAR INVESTIGATION

This project is focused on skin care, and it is necessary to create this descriptive

and exploratory design to collect the information we need.

Through exploratory research we will have information about the advantages or

disadvantages that we have in the market and what our ways of solving them could

be.

During this medium, important information will be collected to know if the

disadvantages that we may have against the competition can be turned into

strengths and why.

Descriptive research will help us gather more real data information on the

consumption of facial care products and their advantages.

DESCRIPTIVE INVESTIGATION
 We will carry out a survey to find out which population would use our products

and what benefit they seek.

 We will conduct a survey to find out which cities in Colombia are consumers

focus more on skin care.

 We will create a series of questions to our customers to find out which product

they like the most and why.

MONITORING INVESTIGATION

 Evaluate sales at different points of sale.

 Measure customer satisfaction with our product.

 Measure the level of perception in customer service from vendors.

9 SOURCES OF INFORMATION

We will create a document to collect information about what we are looking for

such as magazines, clients, sellers etc. to find out why national skincare products

show low turnover compared to others.

We will do a thorough investigation to know what percentage of the market I can

sell my products to and know if I can export later.
