    This is to notify you to clear the debt remaining unpaid in your account of NRP. 3,94,665. (In
    words: Three Lakh Ninety-Four Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty-Five only). The dues have
    been in your account for the last 4 years. The debt relates to the purchase of spare parts and the
    apparels.

    Collect back your grounded bike from the service center and kindly make a payment for the
    unpaid amount remaining in your accounts within the 7 days’ issuance of this letter.

    Furthermore, we are not liable for the damages occurred in your bike during past years and it
    remains on own risk.

    Upon negligence in making payment, legal action will be proceeded considering prevailing laws.
    However, we believe this issue will be sorted out from your end soon.
