However, his mother was still poor in Kampar. 3) When Lancang visited Kampar with his wealth, his mother greeted him but Lancang arrogantly dismissed her, not believing she was his mother. After his mother returned home crushed, a storm destroyed all of Lancang's ships and property as punishment for his actions.

    LEGEND OF LANCANG KUNING

    Once a story, in the area of Kampar on the Lancang ancient times lived with his
    mother. They live with the very poor. They both work as farm laborers.
    To improve his life, then Si Lancang intend to migrate. One day he asked for
    permission the mother and teacher ngajinya. Her mother was advised that in the future
    shoreline Si Lancang always remember the mother and her hometown. His mother advised
    that Si Lancang not become rebellious child.
