Activity 1.

Reflective Questions
During this COVID19 pandemic, what do you think is the importance of
physical activities in your own personal life?
During this COVID-19 pandemic, most people don’t even go out of their own houses
so most of them have limited to no physical activities which leads to people gaining a lot of
weight. This shows the importance of physical activities since people who do not do any
exercises this quarantine feel weak and also gained a lot of weight. Physical activities can
prevent sickness also like diabetes and also prevent obesity. Having little to no physical
activities is a surefire way to destroy your body slowly.

What are the ways that you are doing in order to cope effectively in this
pandemic situation? Explain your answer.
This pandemic, I try to do home exercise like curl ups, pushups, planking and many
more other exercises that can be done at home so that I can maintain a healthy body. Also,
whenever the need to buy groceries, I always volunteer myself so I can walk outside once in a
while as an exercise. But even with that, I still gain a lot of weight since I really like eating. One
of the things that I do that made me cope with the pandemic is watching movies because I can
get immerse in it and forget about the problems that the world face even if for only a while.
