Yes, badminton is a good workout. Playing badminton does not only exercise our

badminton requires speed and agility in hitting and smashing the shuttlecock, in this
sense it can helps improve blood circulation and strengthens the heart muscles to pump
blood more. In terms of weight loss, badminton is a perfect workout. It helps eliminate

shuttlecock go straight to a player’s face.
