    The complete blood count and urinalysis results show indications of bacterial infection, anemia, and diabetes in the patient. White blood cell, platelet, eosinophil, and basophil counts were low on several dates, suggesting bacterial infection. Hemoglobin, hematocrit, red blood cell counts, and other measures were consistently low, indicating anemia. Urine sugar levels were very high at 28 mmol/L, above the normal range and indicating diabetes. Pus cells in the urine sediment were also above normal, further pointing to an urinary tract or other infection.
