    Instructions about CIE-1


    Dear Students,

    1. Online CIE-1 is scheduled from 9/11/2020 to 17/11/2020. The respective time table is
    attached herewith.

    2. Mock test will be conducted on 7/11/2020. Attending mock test is compulsory and the
    students who will not appear for mock test will not be allowed to write CIE-1.

    3. A booklet of answer sheets will be uploaded in college website along with front page of
    blue book. Students have to take the print of front page and answer sheets. They have to use
    only these sheets to write the test.

    4. Students have to write the test using LAPTOP or Desk top with webcam and head phone.
    Necessary arrangements are to be made from your side for the above gadgets. The students
    who face the difficulty in arranging the LAPTOP or DESKTOP with web cam and head
    phone are advised to use nearby CYBER CENTERs equipped with web cams and head
    phone.

    5. Students should take care about the availability of network and data. Minimum 3 GB data
    should be arranged for each subject to avoid inconvenience. Under any circumstances,
    additional test will not be given for any student.

    6. Web cam and sitting arrangement should be in such a way that, it should cover the
    maximum area so that affordable to invigilate clearly (Both face and answer booklet should
    be visible to invigilator).

    7. Google class room ID and password will be given to each student for each subject through
    class whatsapp group. Students have to join the group using Google class room id and
    password well in advance before the commencement of CIE to avoid end moment crisis.

    8. Student should be well dressed with ID card while writing the test. No break should be
    taken during test hours. They will be removed from test for any malpractice.

    9. Question paper link will be sent just before starting time of the CIE through the group and
    student has to download and answer.

    10. Students have to write the CIE only in the sheets uploaded in college website. They have
    to fill all the particulars in the front sheet of blue book for each subject and the same has to
    submit.

    11. Students have to scan the answer sheet and convert it to adobe PDF format and then
    submit through the group id only.

    12. A list of section in charge faculties along with contact numbers is attached herewith.

    13. Students can approach the section coordinator for any Clarifications / queries/ ambiguities
    in entering the class room / writing the CIE.
