for teachers of gifted children was held at the Philippine Normal College and in the
same year the First Asian conference on work for the blind was held in Manila. With
the help these schools, programs, trainings and conferences held it gave our country
the ability to help and provide an equal and proper treatment to the gifted children in
our country.
