We agree that kids learn better in an atmosphere in which they feel comfortable and welcomed
and where learning is enjoyable and the unique learning needs of each student. In preparing, executing
and reviewing the program, curriculum practitioners and implementers may use one or more
approaches.
Mr. Villar reported last Sunday on the approaches to the curriculum and said that their 5
approaches were in the curriculum. First, the Behavioral Approach, the expectations and targets are
defined, material and tasks are then organized to meet the learning goals. In terms of priorities and
goals set at the outset, the learning effects are measured. In education, the therapeutic approach starts
with instructional strategies that begin with the setting of targets or goals. This are the main factors in
the execution of the program as the learning outcomes are measured as a change in conduct. The
improvement in behavior demonstrates the indicator of success. Second is Managerial Approach, In this
strategy, the principal is the leader of the program and, at the same time, the teaching leader who is
considered to be the general manager. Policy and goals are set by the general manager, the course of
progress and growth is developed, and education and training is designed and coordinated. School
managers are less concerned with the content than they are about structure and execution. More than
developing the program, they are less concerned with subject matter, processes and materials. As they
handle the money and restructure the campuses, program administrators look at curriculum
improvements and developments. The third approach is system approach, this was impacted by the
philosophy of structures, in which the elements of the whole school district or school are analyzed in
terms of how they contribute to each other. The school's organizational map is an approach to
structures. This highlights the line-staff dynamics of staff and how choices are made. The last approach is
the Humanistic Approach, Humanistic, humanism and humanist are concepts of psychology that refer to
an approach that studies the whole personality and the individuality of each individual. The last
approach is humanistic. Essentially, in psychology, both words refer to the same strategy. Thus,
following psychoanalysis and behaviorism, the humanistic paradigm is frequently referred to in

forefront of the program are the learner.
From my point of view, it is basically a set of tasks and learning success objectives relevant to
each subject with respect to program approaches. It serves as a perfect guide, outlining when and how
to get there you need to go. There is no production of program docs overnight. A lot of thinking, time,
commitment, and ability go into their creation, so don't try to reinvent the wheel.
