Introduction

Nowadays, many countries are tending to switch from using inorganic wastes to using
organic materials to limit environmental pollution and be environmentally friendly. At
the same time, that is also the reason why BFSOFT's environmental protection
organization was born to be able to research and apply high technologies in
environmental protection and biodegradable products. in the protection of the
environment

A. DEMONSTRATE, USING DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION STYLES AND FORMAT, THAT YOU

CAN EFFECTIVELY DESIGN AND DELIVER A TRANING EVENT FOR A GIVEN TARGET
AUDIENCE (P1)
1. Definition and the importance of communication skill
Communication skills are the ability to use spoken or body language to
convey, express, exchange information, etc. speakers and listeners to achieve
the ultimate goal.
2. Verbal communication
Verbal Communication is the most effective form of communication leading
to quick exchange of information and responses. There is less chance of
misunderstanding because the communication between the parties is clear
i.e. the parties are using words to say anything.

Communication can be done in two ways (i) Direct communication such as

communication, lectures, phone calls, seminars, etc. (ii) Writing - Letter, E-
mail, SMS, etc. There are two types of communication, they are:

Formal Communication: Also called formal communication, this is a type of

communication in which the sender follows a predefined channel to transmit
information to the receiver known as formal communication.
Informal Communication: Often referred to as grapevine, the type of
communication where the sender does not follow any predefined channel to
transmit information is known as informal communication.
Some tips to help improve verbal communication in the real life:

3. Non-verbal communication
Non-verbal communication is a way of sending and receiving messages from
what we express to the outside in the process of communication. It includes
all the manipulations of each part of the body such as gestures, facial
expressions, eyes, smiles, tone, posture, distance..
The role of nonverbal communication:
In modern society, especially in business, non-verbal communication is of
great importance. It helps each person become more subtle, self-control
emotions, self-aware and control body language. At the same time, non-
verbal communication also helps us understand the partner we are
approaching to give the right direction

The importance of nonverbal communication is also shown in situations

when we first come into contact with another person. In addition to noticing
the other person's gestures, gestures, and content, you must also learn to
read and understand their meanings. From there, you will gain experience,
help you recognize the opposite person, recognize yourself and learn to
control yourself in communication better.

Some example for Non-Verbal Language, like shake hand to show

cooperation in business:

Emotions expressed through faces and gestures make others think

negatively:
4. Communication in my group
In my group, everyone discusses and gives very good ideas for the project,
they always give opinions on the hidden corners of each person's opinion,
thereby helping the idea creator to have a perspective. more deeply about
their ideas. However, for this very reason, there are many differences of
opinion but so we still respect each other because each person has a different
personality and works differently and we respect this. Thanks to the mixed
opinions, the project has also become much more complete.
B. DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE USED EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT
SKILLS IN PLANNING AN EVENT (P2)
1. Definition and the importance of time management skill
Management time skill is an indispensable life skill for every successful
person, especially busy people, this skill is even more important for them. It
will help people know how to schedule each task, complete it and no task can
be overlooked. The better you manage your time, the more effective your
work will be
Why are Importance of time management skills?

Time management skills could make us analyze our time specifically, arrange
tasks so that we can complete them in the best and earliest way, besides time
management can also help us see clearly problems, tasks should be
prioritized because after we break those problems down into small problems
and arrange them in order of priority and time to complete them, we have a
comprehensive picture of the problem we need to solve

2. Planning a training event (Group work)

a. Name of training program

We have gave name for this program is “Environment Pollution” event

b. Goals of the program

The Goals of the program are we would people to understand how the
people on this planet have impacted the environment and the events that
by our own hands cause a lot of damage to nature, and transform things
that are already there. It has brought many benefits to people and nature
into things that work against us, causing germs of disease and natural
disasters. At the same time, we also point out the causes and offer
solutions to everyone with the equipment provided by our BFSOFT group
to help improve the current pollution problem. nature and bring green
life to everyone

c. Participants
The participant are that we are targeting are companies with
environmental solutions, businesses that need to treat waste thoroughly
and cleanly without causing environmental pollution, especially the

k. Speaker Notes
Ladies and Gentlemen. Thank you to the audience and partners of the
company who came to this event. It is my great honor to stand on this. To
enter the main part of the program, we will give an overview of this project
including: the organization, the members involved in the development and
the founder of this project. First, this project was developed based on
technology corporation BFSOFT (BTEC FPT Software) which is one of the
famous technology corporations in the world with the role of consultant for
most technology products. This environmental protection project is one of
the largest projects of the group, with the participation of many partners and
multinational companies around the world. And to develop this project,
there were 4 main members participating:
+ Product owner: Dang Tan Tai
+ Scrum Master: Nguyen Quoc Hung
+ Development team: Do Xuan Loc and Tran Dai
The problem of the project is the application of high technologies to use
them effectively in protecting the environment polluted by human impacts
including: Land, Water, Air, Chemistry. For the next part of the show, we'll go
over what to talk about at today's event with invited experts:
+ Overview of the problem of environmental pollution
+ The problem of water, air, soil and chemical pollution
+ Products from our corporation for overcoming the above consequences
First of all, we need to know that environmental pollution is a phenomenon
in which the natural environment is dirty, and at the same time the physical,
chemical and biological properties of the environment are changed,
adversely affecting human health and the environment. other creatures.
There are many types of environmental pollution, but according to the
division of the program, I will talk about pollution caused by chemical
substances affected by humans and nature. First of all, we need to
understand what chemistry is?, in an easy way, chemistry is the study of
substances and their transformation and then application to life. We
especially everything around us is made up of active chemicals formed by the
atoms inside them, and chemistry is applied in very strong industry to be able
to create valuable values. for life but besides this development also brings a
lot of disadvantages to the environment because the chemical substances
they can change many times after coming into contact with another active
substance maybe from a good into a chemical substance (atom) that is
harmful to the environment and threatens human life. But chemistry will be
of 2 types, organic chemistry and inorganic chemistry. So what is organic
chemistry? Are substances formed based on elements outside nature
without the influence of humans and inorganic are substances made up by
humans, they will be applied to something to be able to solve other problems
such as electronics, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, ....
But here we will mention a chemical that has a very strong application in the
electricity development industry, the nuclear power industry. As we all know
the nuclear power industry has developed since more than 40 years ago and
developed until now and the major powers are using them such as: USA,
Canada, Australia, China, ... So why don't we use normal energy but use
nuclear energy? The problem is very simple that nuclear energy helps us to
solve air pollution problems such as greenhouse effect, reduce CO2
emissions into the atmosphere and help us save operating costs of the plant.
At the same time, this is a renewable energy source that uses chemicals to
generate electricity. Besides the positive side of this endless energy source,
there will always be a negative view of it. To understand what nuclear energy
is and what is it made of? Nuclear power is based on the impact of the fission
core of unstable atomic particles Uranium 235 causing the turbine to rotate
and generate an electric current.
The positive aspects that nuclear energy brings include: reducing the
greenhouse effect, The electric current generated from atomic particles will
be very stable for use, renewable energy, bringing benefits to the
environment. long-term and stable economy. Besides, the negative side that
this source of energy causes is very dangerous: it is very dangerous for the
environment because these radioactive substances can cause many health
problems, and dangerous for the already damaged area. Because Uranium
235 has a decay period of 250,000 years, assuming an area is radioactive, it
will take 250,000 years to return to normal and safe to live in. This is a
radiometer developed based on the application of artificial intelligence and
limited human use to clean up these radioactive substances. Helps to reduce
the use of humans to hazardous radioactive areas that affect health as well
as limit the use of humans to clean up the remnants of radiation caused. The
product is developed based on the Python language and is controlled by two
options: by human or by using artificial intelligence to control. The product
has a very different characteristic compared to the above radioactive
products. markets such as: Alarm when there is a very small radioactive leak,
check the concentration of areas that have been radioactive, equipped with
strong radiation protection and above all, controllable equipment remotely
via satellite waves or artificial intelligence. And especially low-cost products
can compete with other products. Evaluate products on the SWOT model:
- Strengths: using artificial intelligence, limiting the use of humans to a
minimum
- Weaknesses: The product is still in testing and is limited in some
technological functions
- Opportunities: Competing with products in the same segment, Large market
in nuclear power developed countries
- Challenge: The product is relatively new in the field, Leak on the technology
used

C. DEMONSTRATE THE USE OF DIFFERENT PROBLEM SOLVING TECHNIQUES IN THE

DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF AN EVENT (P3)
1. Definition and the importance of problem solving
Problem-solving skills are the ability to deal with difficult and unexpected
situations when interacting with business partners. Problem solving skills
involve active listening, analysis, research, creativity, communication,
trustworthiness and teamwork.
Problem-solving skills involve two abilities: the ability to organize, analyze,
and create such as comparison, contrast, and selection. Analytical thinking is
a category that directly affects problem solving because the analytical
process helps uncover problems and directs solutions.
Why is problem solving important for everyone?
Problem solving skills are decisive not only for success but also for individual
happiness.
Problem solving is closely related to each person's life, it is the chain of
events into a sequence of events in a way that has a purpose, cause and effect.
It is obvious that an outcome will greatly reduce the success rate of the
relevant action, which arises immediately afterwards. Bad decisions often
lead to undesirable consequences, with varying degrees of severity, from
minor effects, to events, to even long-lasting crises.
Failure to resolve family conflicts leads to breakup, choosing majors
according to the majority without clearly finding your passion leads to waste
of time and disorientation. Clumsy handling of disagreements with your boss
can lead to job loss.
Regardless of the level, everyone needs a good problem-solving skill to have
a better life. This skill is also especially important at work. It contributes to
shortening the path to success and making your success more radiant.
2. Some techniques and tools for the problem solving

In problem solving, we have 6 steps to solve the problem in my view

- Step 1: We need to look at the overview of the problem we are

dealing with as objectively as possible, then we will start
analyzing the problem to find out the cause of this problem.
- Step 2: Ask questions for each problem whether it is
reasonable or not, if not, why? must clearly analyze that
problem by inferences along with the questions posed
- Step 3: Connect the problems together, see if the problems that
you have analyzed have a logical connection or not, if in the
process of connecting the clues, there is a conflict in the order
that occurs, then turn step one again
- Step 4: After linking the problems together, we will come up
with or choose the most optimal solutions for dealing with this
problem quickly.
- Step 5: Implement these solutions using the solution
hypotheses given in step 4
- Step 6: After completing the implementation, we need to make
an evaluation of that solution so that later when we encounter
a similar problem we can deal with them quickly instead of
having to sit back and follow from step 1 to step 5. From the
above we need to learn and learn for the next time

3. Problems and solutions in the training event

Issues Solutions

Pathological Prepare the doctor beforehand
Traffic Jam If the event start at 8:00, we will
invite they at 7:00 make them need

the main microphone is damaged

D. DEMONSTRATE THAT CRITICAL REASONING HAS BEEN APPLIED TO A GIVEN

SOLUTION (P4)
1. Definition and the importance of critical reasoning
Critical thinking is also known as critical thinking. Critical thinking is a two-
step process of analyzing and evaluating information. From there, it will
bring back questions about the hypothesis of the problem. Thus, it can be
understood as:
- Reception, the ability to grasp the source of information.
- Analyze and evaluate received ideologies
- Evaluate and re-question the hypothetical problem.
Why is critical reasoning important?
Critical reasoning can developing independence: Critical thinking is the key
that opens the door to independence and encourages us to form our own
opinions. When you think independently and don't rely on the opinions of
those around you, you can gain insight from your own experience and
observations. That way, you'll gain the confidence and ability to learn from
your mistakes on your way to a successful and productive life
Stimulate curiosity, eager to learn: Practicing critical thinking allows us to get
out of our creative comfort zone, reaching for ideas that seem impossible.
Many activities in business, communication, marketing and other
professional professions, depend heavily on human creativity. Creativity is
what helps a candidate stand out from others in the job search anywhere
else, just as creativity makes a product more valuable and generates more
revenue
Improve decision making: In a day, each of us has to make countless
decisions from small to large. Important decisions can be difficult and require
a lot of thought, including choices that are landmark to your work and life.
Critical thinking helps you think more clearly, identify problems based on
your own stance and experience, thereby making the right decisions
Strengthen problem-solving abilities: If you practice critical thinking, the
ability to solve problems will also gradually become your instinct. Because
this skill will train you to become more patient and determined with all
problems, giving you a multi-dimensional view to deal with them logically.
Albert Einstein, one of the famous people with excellent critical thinking,
said, "It is not because I am too smart, but because I ponder the problem
longer”
Connecting relationships: The majority will tend to think that critical
thinking is going against the flow, being conservative and of course going to
offend people. In fact, that is not the case at all! Critical thinking is not hostile,
but on the contrary, gives you the ability to see many different angles and
empathize with other people's points of view. Thanks to this skill, you will
not only avoid impatience, but also be trusted as the "voice of truth" when
there is disagreement in the group
2. Apply to given solution
Problem: When a guest they asked a hard questions or In addition to the
preparation like on what principle does fission core work?
Solution: Listen to the questions then analyze the problem and use the
knowledge you have to apply them to answer these questions or invite the
audience below to give their views and then link them together and come to
their own conclusions

E. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
1. Team member’s roles
Team Leader: Nguyen Quoc Hung
Team Members: Dang Tan Tai, Tran Dai, Do Xuan Loc
2. Contribution of other members
Nguyen Quoc Hung: As a person who always gives initiative to each project
of the team and he is very proactive in reporting project progress.
Dang Tan Tai: An introvert who is quiet but has a mature personality in
leading the team in working on the group's project, he divided the tasks
among each person, and had to report on the progress. Tai is a responsible
person for his team members.
Tran Dai: Dai is a slow learner but his responsibilities are very high, in the
project he contributes a lot about slide design and ideas for the presentation
and he is also very kind when help group members
Do Xuan Loc: Loc is always absent from team meetings and his contribution
to the project is very small. His ability to work is high, but he lacks a lot of
responsibility.
Conclusion
In Conclusion, In this course it can help us to know how a project of an event works.
From there we can know how an event happens, and how to organize that event,
besides it also helps us to have event planning skills, improvise with force majeure
risks. in the event..
