Before we start our lesson today, let’s pray Yes Sir.

c. Classroom Management
Okay Class before you sit kindly check your (Students will put the trash in the trash
surroundings if there are trash and put it in bin)

Students now I will call your name one by
one and you need to tell me if you are

Everyone will identify what is the position


and where did the flowers differ to each
other. Did you understand class? Yes Sir, we understand.
(Everyone should participate.)

So here it goes.

The first picture is this. Did you see class? Yes sir, we see it.

Where is the flower in the picture? (the student will raise their hands)
Sir the flower is on the table.
Very good. The picture in the first picture
place on the table.

We will know the use of each prepositional
word by applying it in the phrases or
sentences.

There are different kinds of preposition


words but today we are focusing on the
three words which are in, on and under.

Now, let's discuss about the preposition.

First what is preposition word?

Group the class in to 4 groups. Use the (The student group themselves into 4)
following prepositional phrases in a
sentence.

The teacher will give and post the


following phrases.

I have here 3 phrases with the use of the


three preposition that we learned earlier.
So here they are.

1. on the desk
2. in the cabinet
3. under the chair

So first phrase is on the desk. The use of


preposition here is on.

Next number 2 is in the cabinet. . The use


of preposition here is in.

And last is number 3. The phrase here is


under the chair. . The use of preposition
here is under.
So now, go to your respective group. I will ( the student will go to their groupmates)
give you 20 mins. To answer and later on
you will present it on front of the class.

Is it clear class? Yes sir.

A. Encircle the preposition and underline the prepositional phrase in each


sentence. Do this on your paper.

2. The farmers work under the heat of the sun.

4. Hannah wants to see her friends in the classroom.

5. My toys are place under the cabinet.

B. Write sentence using in, on and under.
