    MIDTERM EXAMINATION IN GE6 – ART APPRECIATION

    DIRECTION:

    1. Photography is a form of visual arts that makes uses of technology: camera,


    films, chemical, or computer program. Using your phone camera, capture photos
    of the following theme:
    a. the beauty of Aurora Province
    b. scenarios during pandemic
    c. struggles of online class
    d. a day with my friends/family
    e. this is me
    2. Enhance your photos to add visual effects. Submit one enhanced photo each
    theme and attached your raw photos (unedited) as basis of comparison.
    3. Add caption to describe your subject and details of your photo (location, date,
    name of building etc.)
    4. Your output will be graded according to the following rubric:
    a. Creativity and Technical Qualities – content, photographic/editing skill (40%)
    b. Communicative Properties – visual impact, mood, emotional reaction (40%)
    c. Caption and Details – (20%)
