1. MOCK CALL PRESENTATION

1. The competition is open to all ICT Senior High School Students.


2. Each section must have at least one representative.
3. Students must submit a video containing the actual mock-call
demonstration that must be delivered using the English language.
4. The participant must choose from the following scenarios:
a. Technical Support
b. Sales Mock Call
c. Collection Sales – follow up to settle Credit Card Bills.
d. Customer Service
e. Customer Service – retention/service cancellation
f. Customer Care Scripts – cancellation of credit card
5. The script for each scenario will be provided by ICT Department
6. The participant must submit his/her entry in video format; it
must be at least 3 minutes or longer.

7. The participant must assign someone who will be portrayed as a


customer.
8. Entry Forms shall be completed by the participants.
9. The video entry shall be uploaded to the Submission Bin on
March 11-13,2024.

Description: To be able to build teamwork and to show their creative


side.
Participants: All ICT Students
Venue: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Mechanics:
1. Each section must have at least one representative.
2. The Materials to be used for the cosplay costume must be
recyclable.
3. The section must print out a picture of your character showing
the full costume. Do mention any variations or specific versions you
took into account. If what they were cosplaying is not an existing
character, mention at least a point of reference or inspiration.
4. Cash Prize for winners:
1st Prize: 500.00
2nd Prize: 300.00
3rd Prize: 200.00

3. PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST

1. The competition is open to all ICT Senior High School Students.


2. Each section must have at least one representative.
3. Only one (1) entry is allowed per contestant.
4. The contest theme is “Leveling Up: Examining the Educational
and Cognitive Benefits of Online Gaming.”
5. Must be an original work of the participant.
6. The filename of the photo must be in the following format:
“SURNAME_PHOTO TITLE”.
7. Participants will be required to provide the following information
upon submission of entry:
a. Photo Title
b. Photo Description: (1-2 sentences describing the photograph and
its relevance to the theme)
c. Date the photo was captured
d. Location the photo was captured: (ex: Flat Rocks, Mt. Makiling,
Los Baños,
e. Laguna)
8. Entry Forms shall be completed by the participants.
9. Entry Form, Poster, and attached requirements shall be uploaded
to the Submission Bin on or before March 11-13, 2024.

4. INFOGRAPHICS

CRITERIA DESCRIPTION PERCENTAGE

Content Accuracy and reliability of information. Timeliness of the 50%

information to adequately support the infographic.


Focus Clarity of the topic presented and the complementation 25%
of the illustration to the topic.

Visual Appeal
Aesthetics (color scheme, neatness, design composition) 25%

and originality of the infographic design.

3. The infographics must be in line with the theme: Leveling Up:
Examining the Educational and Cognitive Benefits of Online Gaming.
4. Entry Form, submitted, and attached requirements shall be
uploaded to the Submission Bin on or before March 11-13, 2024.
5. Participants must follow the following format/specification:
a. jpeg high-resolution format (600x1200 dpi), width 8.5” and
length 13”.
b. Must have the following details underneath the photo:
i. Name of the Artist
ii. Description of the Infographics
iii. The Infographic itself shall have a file name in the following
format: LASTNAME_INFOGRAPHICS.PDF.
c. Modern/non-conventional ways of visual representation of data
and statistics are encouraged.
d. By participating in this contest, the contestant attests that the
submitted infographic is created by the participant and that no other
party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the infographic.

5. LOGO MAKING

1. The competition is open to all ICT Senior High School Students.


2. Each section must have at least one representative.
3. The logo must include dramatic and positive symbols. Be
creative and observe color combinations.
4. Fonts used in the Entry logo will also be judged accordingly.
5. The name of the Strand Information and Communications
Technology must be embedded with the Entry logo.
6. The logos can be created in any preferred editing application but
make sure that it has its work file as it will be needed upon submission.
7. The participants should also describe the entry logo. The
description may include the essential meaning of the Entry logo and
should defy all the symbols that are embedded with the Entry Logo.
8. Participants should submit (3) files. The Original Work File of the
Entry Logo (.psd, .ai., .docx, or any in application), the PNG file of the
Entry logo, and the Word file for the Entry logo’s description.
9. The resolution of the logo must be in high resolution.
10. Entry Forms shall be completed by the participants.
11. Entry Form, Poster, and attached requirements shall be uploaded
to the Submission Bin on or before March 11-13, 2024.

6. PC ASSEMBLY

3. The competition is on the spot. A maximum of one hour is
allocated for each team and the fastest wins the competition.

7. SPEED TYPING MASTER


1. The competition is open to All ICT Senior High School students.
2. Each section must have at least one representative.
3. The contest is a skill-based competition.
4. The goal of the Contest is to identify and reward the fastest
typist.
5. This will be held on March 21, 2024. The room and time are to be
announced by the CODE Officer and ICT Teacher in charge.

8. QUIZ BEE
Mechanics:
1. The competition is open to All ICT Senior High School students.
2. Each section must have at least one group representative, and
each group must consist of 3 members.
3. The Quiz Bee shall cover all the general topics of ICT Students
from Grades 11 to 12.
4. The Quiz Bee will be held on March 21, 2024. The room and time
are to be announced by the CODE Officer and ICT Teacher in charge.
5. Clarifications regarding the rules of competition shall be
entertained by the committee before the start of the contest.

9. SHORT FILM

for each contestant.
